We were recommended this place by the Airbnb owner. We ordered the beans rice on the side, 2 shredded chicken tacos, a barbacoa taco. A double cheeseburger with fries and a fresh lemonade. So I liked the limonada, the beans and the rice was fine it had a Lima bean in it and other diced veggies. The patty and the fries were cold, the potatoes were limp. There wasn't anyone in the drive thru maybe 1-2 cars in the parking lot. I was just disappointed, my toddler only liked the rice. I think it might be a regional taste cause we are from San Antonio. The staff were nice.

All our little central Texas towns have at least one little mex spot. This one in Riesel is one of my favorites. It won't change your life but it will fill you up happily for a reasonable price. Do not take your picky partner that looks too hard at the baseboards and expects a 50 year old building to present any charm. As long as you are looking for good mex for a good price and no frills, this is the place for you.

Great service and good food. Big menu. Small and cozy place. The sor cream chicken enchiladas were delicious. My husband had the beef ones and said they were great. Chips and salsa were also good.

The server's are so rude, can't enjoy your meal because the server's are so unprofessional. Like they don't want to be at work. Never went back.Kid-friendliness: They didn't want to give me a high chair. Cause she said there was no room to put it.

Great food, great service, friendly. These are one of the few reasons why I love this place. Family restaurant who really care about their customers. 10/10

Don't judge a book by its cover. This charming little taqueria staff made my day a little lighter, and the food was very delicious.100% recommend. Have friendly staff, very yummy food, happy cook, and reasonable price, right at Hwy 6 North on Riesel Town.

friendly service- very small "dive, hole in the wall" kind of place, one awesome waitress, one happy cook who we could hear singing in the kitchen; charming; clean; authentic Mexican food - best we've ever had. Loved it! ? ? ? ? ?
