I generally always give restaurants a chance if something is incorrect which I have in this case. This is about the 6th or 7th time (for this Roanoke location) we’ve had issues. All door dash orders. I order the same sandwich ALL the time. Shelly’s Deli chick. It comes EVERY single time without lettuce or tomato. WHY? The food is great! The prices at Jason’s Deli has gotten unaffordable for the average consumer. As long as Jason’s is happy and financially ok I wish them good luck. The price point doesn’t match the value of what you get imho.
