Im typically not a germaphobe but I had to say something about here. I found hair in my food. I looked in the back and saw that no one there was wearing hats or hair nets(even the people working on line). The tables were filthy and disgusting. When I used the restroom there was throw up on the toilet seat and water stains all over the mirror. The customer service was pretty bad to say the least.

I was getting my tire fixed next door and walked over to this location to get drink and Cinnabon bun. The gentleman behind the counter was very pleasant. I ordered a Cinnabon and a drink and went to sit down. All of the tables were dirty and sticky. I was the only customer at the time. I did ask to have a table wiped off which he did do for me. But only my table that o wanted to sit at. The Cinnabon was dry and tasted old. Giving 2 stars for the service.

Wish i could give it 0 star rating, tried ordering at the drive thru and the guy was beyond rude and disrespectful. Sad because i didnt even get to finish ordering thats how rude he was. A bunch of immature and lazy people working here. I began my order with a "well what do you want to order" and proceed with a "welllll then what else or what " rude beyond rude. Disgusting attitude and i will never be back, id rather drive 15min to southlake location then here.

I don't normally do Schlotzsky's, but I thought I'd give them a try at the Roanoke location. Well...that didn't go so well. I wanted the French dip....their out of French dips. My wife wanted a pastrami....they were out. Sorry, but if you don't have what's on your menu, then how can I give you a chance.

Had a sandwich at this location today. The sandwich normally includes a pickle spear but was not included today. When I asked the young man about it he berated me for making his life more difficult and walked away angry. Service at this location is extremely poor.

Waited in drive thru for 15 min. Pulled out and parked went in side to order had one guy taking front orders and drive thru . Everyone inside was also waiting on food. Ended up leaving .

The food is great. A little pricey and I hate that they went to plastic cups. But would recommend.
Amazing food, when you just need half a sandwich now and the other half later. The staff is very young and you may need to check your order. Condiments, napkins, and sides should be asked for before you pay. They seem to disappear from the window after you have paid.Clean restaurant, fast service, and good food.
