Walked in February 21, 2021 at 1pm. Staff asked if we placed an online order( Which we did not.) At that time they advised we would have to wait till they were all caught up with the online orders placed. Resulted us walking out to get the proper customer service!

I had the BEST SANDWICHES MADE LASTNIGHT BY A YOUNG LADY WHO YOU COULD TELL WAS NEW!!!! But I'll tell you what! She made my 2 orders perfectly! She's a sweet short dark hair young SANDWICHEPERFECTIONEST!!!

First the sandwiches are good. The problem that the girl at the counter was tge only one working. The other employee was making noises in the back and would peer out, but never assist. This was 1/16/2021 at 145 to 230. The owners should look at their camera's to get a understanding of their employees ownership of service to customers. I will try again only because of the one young lady at the counter who graciously served us without complaining. If no change in a decent wait time, I will move on.

The wrap was ok. The service needs help. The lady helping us had a personality of a brick wall and was complaining about wheat bread to the other employee. No one needs to know of problems at their restaurant as far as anyone should know is that they are happy employee and nothing is happening behind the scenes.

The subway off market always closes before 10pm yet their time says closes at 10 online! They need to properly update , for people ..
