I was visiting Rockport on a much needed "vacation ", and decided that I wanted a subway sandwich... Ever since they came out with the fresh sliced meats, I am a fan again!!! There was not a long wait. This store was very clean. The staff were nice and even chatted with me a bit. This is a great subway location, my food was fresh and I will definitely be back. 5 stars easy!

A little busy but let me say my opinion on service, 3 girls upfront, manager in the back working, the first girl was very polite, very helpful, moving on to the next girl, she asked what kind of veggies did I want so i asked if she can put some of my chips in my sandwich before I put the lettuce in, well, the third girl which was cashier talks to me like i am a little kid and says no, you have to do it yourself and then shakes her head, I looked at her and said, well how come the other subway places in Corpus Christi do it with no problems? Now realize, the rest of the crew hasnt finished there order yet, this cashier then asked after the fact that I said Corpus Christi does it with no problems, she said will this be all, I said no because the rest of the party isn't done ordering yet and you'll have to wait! So she walked off and never came back out from the back, Id gladly like to know her name so i can blast it , but for now, lets call her Barbara!

I took a little longer figuring out what to put on the sandwiches because I was ordering for my elderly parents as well and the lady was clearly annoyed. It was just... ugh. Also... the lettuce wasn't fresh and the bread always seems rubbery from here.

The service was not good at all the 2 that were working didn't have a care in the world about the ice machine was jammed and when I mentioned it they shrugged their shoulds and said oh well so I fixed it myself the sandwiches were sloppily put together at a snails pace 3 couple turned around and walked out because of the service??
