It’s been about 8months since I’ve been at the store. It has really gone downhill. The men’s restroom is absolutely filthy. piss all over the floor, toilet paper all floor. hasn’t been cleaned in days. It’s pretty obvious. If the restroom is that filthy, so is everything else specially, the food, the countertops they don’t clean.

I tried to buy an Amazon gift card and the Rude lady cashier of indian descent said that they were not checking out it seems that my presence bothered that lady this the first time that it happened hopefully this gets disciplinary action because of this employee probably I won't be back for a while it was much better last time with the other cashier of Ethiopian or African descent.

Gentleman working tonight 10:30 pm 04/11/23 told me I Can't bring my Dog in, He's wearing a Service Vest with his badge Full Access Laminated ID Badge Velcroed on it because I don't like dumb questions. Me "He's a service dog" Cashier "Show me the badge" Me "He's wearing it on his vest" Cashier "Next time show it to me" Sir, I hope you get to read this. there won't be a next time, if your gonna ask a question listen to the answer, use your eyes hes wearing it, look down, I don't have to show you anything, it's clearly visible. In and out in 60 seconds my dog didn't even accidentally nudge anything. I won't be back because you don't even respect your customers enough to listen to them, don't tell me to show you, ask me. You either pretended not to here me or wanted to think I'd do what you say anyways. Just ring up my sprite and Gatorade, put it in a bag and I'll hand you money. Could've been that simple.

Rudest employees I've ever dealt with. Spent $30 at the pump then went inside to get a drink and a snack, made my purchases and the cashier said I was okay to go only to yell at me that my card didn't go through. Ran it again and she still said it didn't go through and was condescending to me in front of the other customers about it.Just now at work I see that the purchase did go through! Never going back to this nasty 711 again.

BEWARE CASHIER IS A SCAMMER!!! My mom isn’t technology advanced and doesn’t check her receipts and is a frequent customer so I decided to download the rewards app to take advantage of all the purchases she made there. I was checking her transaction history and saw she was charged 168$ one day as you can see she was charged 130$ in taxes on a a 30$ purchase. DO NOT GO HERE

Gas buyer beware. I filled up my Acura tonight and had roughly 2 gallons until empty. It took 20.49 gallons to fill it. The funny thing is my tank only holds 18.50 gallons. We called the location to let them know they might need to recalibrate their tanks. The “manager” said we were never there and didn’t see a charge on a credit card matching my last 4 #’s. This is my neighborhood gas station and just wanted to do a courtesy call, and but after getting hung up on I think I might call the dept of agriculture to file a complaint. We didn’t want anything in return just to let them know there could be an issue. Bad way to conduct business in Rockwall where you never know who was on the phone trying to do a a courtesy for your business and the other unsuspecting residents.

I buy my 100% real gas from here not the ethanol crap. The # 9 & 10 pumps are the only two for this. The pump where pumping very slow one month ago. I filled up twice within the same week. Third time I spoke with the manager and complained. I said either the newer pumps are bad or they had water in the fuel. She said pump where bad and will be fixed. On month later same problem. Since I have to come here to get the real gas because Dallas County doesn't allow this. This was convenient (hence Convenient store). I guess I'll have to drive to Buc-ees to get my real gas. 7/11 here in Rockwall is not going to fix it's Slow pumps.
