My business ordered catering twice from Adios Fajitas and it was STUNNING! Not only was the food superb, but the people were fantastic. We had it delivered (both times) and it arrived as expected! The drivers were so friendly! The guac was fresh, fajitas were sizzling, and all the fixins' were perfect! I can't wait for our next meeting! I could not recommend this place any higher! The only negative is there were NO leftovers!

Awesome! Queso rocks and the burritos are the size of a small swaddled child! Wagyu beef and pineapple marinated chicken are awesome! Don't miss the jalapeno ranch dip! Margaritas are great too! It's mostly a catering and to-go style place. Don't expect much of a place to sit. It's designed more as a waiting area for pickup to-go orders. The staff is super friendly. Customer service was top notch. We'll be back!

The most flavorful, delicious fajitas I’ve ever had! You can tell they really care about the quality of the ingredients-the queso, guac, pico, salsa and most importantly the fajita meat-everything was so awesome. The beef empanada was insanely tasty as well. Dip it in the sauce it comes with. Trust me. We will absolutely be back.

Everything about this place is phenomenal. Yes the prices are premium but YES it is 100% worth it. We came back almost 2 months after our fist visit and the manager recognized us, which was really kind. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, even if you don’t like Mexican food the meat is seasoned so perfectly you can just eat it by itself.***EDIT***. We finally tried the chicken and ooooooh my gosh it was just as amazing as the beef. I didn’t know it was possible to have chicken breast so tender. The chef has magic hands!

Delicious food. We ordered the fajitas, queso, empanadas, and kids meals for the kids. The kids loved their chicken tenders and waffle fries (I snuck some too, and it was delicious!) We called ahead and picked up. The inside was clean and cashier was cheerful. She went over all the food with us and we headed home to enjoy the best fajitas in Rockwall!Kid-friendliness: Great kids menu. I would order the chicken tenders as an option next time too!

Great option for a last minute get together for really any event. The easy of ordering makes it wonderful for an impromptu family and friend get together. The quality of food makes for even better catering for those more special events. But I will be honest my favorite thing was the tortilla warmer.
