Safety concern!Stopped to get some dinner at this location while I was on the phone with my friend a customer was sitting in the booth directly in front of me appear to be intoxicated. He turned around and asked me to not talk on the phone and to lower my voice, cussed me out and made a threatening statement towards me, and that he will do something if I don’t hang up the phone.When I asked for the manager Rauel showed up, and I explained to her the whole story instead of immediately kick them out of the building and has zero tolerance for behavioral like that, she moved me to a different table and kept them enjoying their dinner.At that point, I didn’t feel comfortable at all to stay and I said that I’m gonna leave because the nature of the situation. I had ordered my food that I did not touch and she end up charging me for something I didn’t touch.The situation was handled very poorly by the manager, she was not firm at all, and was trying to have me not to say anything so other people doesn’t listen to our conversation and when I said I’m gonna leave, she said, yeah you’ll have to pay.I think Applebee’s need to do better job to take care of their customer, safety and well-being and to have zero tolerance for behavioral like that.I will definitely not come back here anymore. I felt like I was humiliated and disrespected by both that customer and the manager.

This was a rough interaction here. The host was nice, sat me and even gave me my water (which is the only reason I'm giving two stars). However, no one else even came to take my order. It was a slow raining day today and even other waiters walked past me without even asking me if I've been helped. After sitting for 20 minutes I ended up walking out. Wouldn't recommend.

Suprised how rough this place was. Brought my family, and they do not want to come back. The carpet on the floor was super gross. Bathrooms were even worse. Literally trash on the floors throughout. Place needs to be cleaned. Not just the staff was having a bad night. Three stars is very generous. The host and wait staff make up 2.5 of the 3 stars rating.Hopefully, Applebee's gets it fixed.

I requested carside. They didn't bring out my food. They said I had to go in. I went in. The food was 20 minutes late. I did not get any catchup for fries and they didn't give the ranch requested either. That's why Applebee's restaurants are shutting down. They do not hire enough for demand and do not complete orders.

Stopped in for a quick bite and ordered the chicken wrap from the lunch menu. I think it's about the best wrap out there, especially for the price. It was great. Really enjoyed it. I don't think the value of this entree can be beat. It's perfect for lunch very tasty. I don't get to this Applebee's too often, but it's one of my favorite locations. Very clean and inviting. Staff here is great also.

This is the worst Applebees I have ever been to. The manager guy is a huge pimple on the face of this restaurant. The food was awful. The air conditioning was off and it was very uncomfortable. The waitress was nice but that guy needs training. Our party of six all agreed we will never go back. Sometimes it’s just best to Go Somewhere Else.
