I gave a 1 on all because the food was horrible. A good employee would not let cold and old food get served to anyone. I paid almost 14 dollars for one combo meal and my burger was cold and my onion rings were old. I went through the drive thru so I didn't look in the bag until I left. I will be never be back to this location. I can get a meal at brass with a milkshake for half the price. I was just craving a copper but for those prices my food better be steaming hot and fresh.

Drive-through screen is broken. Was told to wait a minute when I pulled up. Waited three minutes and then was told to pull up to the window where there was no one there. So I drove off. Frustrating.

Went inside with my son to order some foodNo one was there me and another customer waited for around 8 mins an employee showed up and clocked in and was like I just a cook idk who is working the register. At this we left and went somewhere else. I try this place from time to time and each time it is a disappointment orders wrong, randomly closing the drive-through and now no one working there.

So I ended up at this location due to a nearby basketball tournament. I arrived at 12:45pm in the drive thru with no cars in line on a Sunday afternoon and after no one acknowledged over the mic after 4 minutes, I pulled forward to order at the window. Once at the window, the employee took my order, 2 combos..plain and simple... 10 minutes later, yes 10 minutes later! this same employee came to the window and attempted to give me (2) wrong orders, at 3 minutes later a different employee comes to the window and asks me to confirm my order, I did and they then disappear....Fast forward to 7 minutes later for a total 24 minutes in total im a Drive-Thru line at that I get my order...only for it to be missing a receipt. It may have not been so bad had the employees not been inside hanging out with no sense of urgency..Gotta do better KING.

They gave me a hamburger bathed in oil, the chicken was dripping with oil and the fries were cold. It seems like they gave me an old order and that's how it was.They used it for me and the guy who served me never gave me my glass of coke I had to remind him and I still doubt if I had ordered a large glass, terrible service ???

. They take a long time to cook. 30 minutes to make a burger? Are you serious? I don't recommend it. McDonald's would be better at this place. Never waited for my order. Worst place I've ever seen.

Prime lunch time and the drive through was abandoned. Pulled to the window and the gentleman made eye contact with me several times but ignored me. Parked and went inside, only 1 customer in front of me. The man taking my oder was very crass. Food was WAY over priced for what was served. I get it, its fast food, but a burger and fries for 20 bucks? Go to Griffs and enjoy a real burger. Also, the inside was nasty. Trash all over, mud clumps, tables hadnt been attended too. Zero stars.

It's 11 30 lunch time and drive thru is open but nobody to take your order.Lady in her 80s is only one making food.Other employee male in his 50s refuse to take my in store order because I come in when drive thru didn't work 3rd employee was ignoring me outside and when I get in she tells them she is behind so no food next 20 min a my order was taken by Starbucks employee who is helping them out.This is MAIN truck stop for 18 wheel drivers and THIS IS WORSE THAN UNEXPECTABLE.Filty table and chairs with ketchup dry all over and this is pure CRAZY in every way possible.
