The manager at this Chick-fil-A doesn't act like a Chick-fil-A employee. She is rude and yells at her staff. We went in on 4/11/24 for my kids birthday dinner and while seated the lady in the lobby was so sweet and kind and helped with anything we needed. My husband asked if he could swap drinks because the tea didn't taste right. When she went to switch it out for him she told the manager Karen what he said and she started yelling at the poor woman loud enough for the whole restaurant to hear. I will not be bringing my family back to this location we will go to the one on Goliad.
Service is excellent, but food is subpar. I don't understand the attraction to this place, except for the fact that they don't engage in the woke politics that work to exploit every faction imaginable.They do need to bring back the breakfast bagel sandwich, as that was the only thing I would normally buy here.

When delivering drinks Chick-fil-A should put a sticker across the top of the whole of the drink cups. That would let the customer know that they drink was not touch by the person who’s delivering it. Thank you

I love Chick-fil-A but I don't like this restaurant because it has bad service, at least at the time I shop, which is usually between 7:30 am and 8:00 am. You order sauces or some type of condiment, they completely forget about it. aside from that, there is a manager who is always very sarcastic and has a bad attitude when you go to ask for her help. I asked her for two sauces because on the screen it said she had only put one, she started having a tone and i told her okay its fine im just making sure and she kept going on with the sarcasm. this happens every time. i always ask because they always forget.
8pm Saturday night generally unclean inside. Kids play area had unpleasant smells worse than a neglected McDonald’s play area... needs some air circulation /filtering and sanitizing. Hope this feedback gets taken seriously or I don’t think we’ll return to this location.
The food is fine but DO NOT LEAVE THAT DRIVE THRU WITHOUT CHECKING YOUR BAG. Every SINGLE time i come, they forget something. Every. Single. Time. I only come because the kids insist on it and the main thing they consistently forget is their drinks (chocolate milk) or their treats (chocolate chip cookie). And don’t even get me started on straws or plastic wear. They miss that every time. Since I’ve lived in Rockwall, my order has been right maybe once. And that’s me giving them grace. It’s annoying.
