I guess if you don’t eat inside the restaurant itself they have no care for how the food is prepared, we arrived to pick up the order almost 30 minutes ahead of the given time and we waited patiently. But even when we got our food early it was cold, the food was thrown in the boxes without a care and half of it was wrong! A lady called me about a replacement item and she was rude on the phone, I understand it was a Saturday night and an hour and a half before you closed so you were probably busy but if you can’t make the food properly then next time just cancel the order. Will not be returning to this location at all

The sauced chicken crispers were... They were really good to be honest. The chicken was perfectly cooked, not dry at all and I could tell they were fresh.Oh and the mac and cheese that comes with the chicken basket! AhhhhhhdhehdhfhdusjxhchdjsjhchdjsndhOoh I love macaroni. Obviously I had to get an extra side of it...
Burger was very good, as was the soup.Chips and salsa were UNDERWHELMING, as chips were bland and the salsa was not as spicy as my catsup at home. The service was excellent. I will return but won't order chips and salsa again.
Me and my daughter went for a daddy daughter date. The staff was nice and our food was great. My drink came out a little flat but the server was quick to fix. Overall a great experience.

The bartenders customer service was horrible, rude and took her took forever to come greet us, then when she did she had to leave to get paper and a pen to write down our drink order. She took the order and 15 min. Later still did t e en start our drinks, we watched her behind the bar and doing nothing! So we let her know we were leaving and she could care less. Never felt so unwanted. Felt like we were a inconvenience to be there!Won't be back unfortunately as long as she works there!

The food was terrible. I'm not sure if it was because of the time of day we went or if it was just the cook they may had that day because normally when we go to chili's everything is right on point. But this time was absolutely awful. The queso was cold not even the least bit warm, my husband's order was put in and brought out as a appetizer, the tea was terrible, and the service wasn't even all that. To top it off when we got our ticket we looked and it was $65 for 2 of us and my 4 yr old son. Not only did they overcharge our entire order but they charged us for the complimentary chips and salsa that they bring out to every table automatically. I have NEVER been charged for chips and salsa. Idk what their deal was but they need to get it together or hire some new waitresses. Ones that actually know what they are doing. This chili's I'm speaking about was the one in rockwall. Just be precautionary when choosing this when your hungry.

The worst salmon I've ever tasted! I ordered the salmon dinner to go and I asked them not to dry it out, it was so dry I threw the whole meal away, the waiter didn't put any eating utensils or napkins to eat with as well. I'm thoroughly disappointed!

Ordered online and had it delivered. Ordered steak but it cooked nowhere the well done. This is the second time this has happened. Will not happen again because i will not return!!
