Our family had a great time! The only issue was a long line! Only one register was open when entering. The machines were so clean! Every game was up and running except for the sketch picture one! All the updates and cleanliness made for a great time! We used the online coupon to get two cards, had multiple kiddos running around! It was a great deal and inexpensive for a few hours of fun! Food, drinks, and gaming cost around $120 for 8 people!Kid-friendliness: This was a great atmosphere for children to run and have fun social interacting! We felt safe with the protocol for entering and leaving. Very easy to keep track of the kids. The staff were very nice to the children too!

Food cost 36 bucks for a small pizza with four cups. So the price on that is awesome.!!!! I was going in and out with nobody at the door at times so it's scary if your not watching your kids. Overall nice place for the kids if it's not packed.

First trip and I was HIGHLY disappointed in “management” at this location. We decided to place our lunch order from a table/mobile app and when we went to pay, it said there was an error and the transaction “failed”. So we went to the front desk and told the associate what happened and placed the order again with her. When our name was called to get the first order of food, we all (including the front associate) figured out the original order went through and we now had 2 orders placed for the same meal. This came out to a total of over $100 for 2 adults and 1 baby for both orders. She tried to figure out how to help us and went and got the manager…and let me just say it went south quick. That manager, Michael, was SO RUDE..he basically dismissed what we were trying to explain to him and kept shrugging his shoulders and saying “that’s not my problem”. He had zero empathy and definitely did not represent how a manager should react in those situations. Needless to say that interaction but a black cloud over the rest of our visit and we have no desire to return. Do better Michael.

So, as an adult, I love their pizza! It is always so good. The games are fun. This is a great place to take young kiddos. However, the games often break(as in most arcades) and it's a little frustrating. Overall, I'd say go here. It's a fun place.

They allow people who express their “proclivities” explicitly to work there. There was once a time where people would dress professionally, and if they had any particular “preferences” then they did that in the privacy of their home, or picked a vocation that was designed for their lifestyle. Away from little ones! If you’re a traditional parent, stay away from this place.

Hello, I would like to know about the birthday packages, is there someone who speaks Spanish who can communicate with me?

This was my first time taking my grandkids to Chuck E Cheese. We got there a little after it opened around 11:15 and wanted to pay for everything at once (pizza, drinks, game cards) but was told by the only guy working there (Enrique?) that I couldn't order pizzas for 30 minutes. I also told him this was my first time and asked if they had appropriate games for my grandkids (who are almost 3 and almost 5). He had zero personality and offered no help. He handed me three plates, two game cards and cups with no lids. I had to ask where to get drinks and he motioned to where I needed to go. I had to go back up there 30 minutes later to order pizza, which was just inconvenient when you are trying to look after two toddlers. And by that time there were quite a few other people there so I had to wait in line. The pizza was actually good. The grandkids were excited to see Chuck E Cheese when he came out but I think it was the same guy working the front counter because he was not engaging at all with the kids and came out for one little song and left. I guess my only recommendation is to hire people with personalities who like kids. We spent a lot of money and my grandkids had a great time but, as an adult, I saw lots of opportunities for improvement.I do want to compliment the little girl who helped us as we were leaving. My grandsons stamp had rubbed off so she asked to see a photo of him to ensure I was leaving with the right kids so I did appreciate that extra safety measure.

Omfg. The worst experience here ever. It wasn't crowded, pizza took over an hour and 20 minutes, someone forgot to put in the order at the kitchen, bathrooms were extremely filthy and foul smelling . I had to get the manager 2x, to send someone to clean them, then to get our food out to us. Go to get drinks, NOT ONE LID. Had to ask for those. We bought 90 minutes timed cards, 4 of them and 95% 9f the games were super slow to start. We had to literally tap the cards several times before they would turn green to play. Tables were dirty, had to ask to get 2 tables cleaned. An outright disaster. Only thing ok is that the manager Michael gave us a SMALL token of apology. A free pizza and a free game card for our next visit. I highly doubt we'll be back. But if so, hopefully I can update this review.

Well it's chuck e cheese. You get what you get. That said, all the games here work, and everytime I come, my kids have a blast.

Today while visiting the rockwall location we were helped by Nick, as we are sitting down I realized that my kids had not gotten stamped. We had already used our pause on our timed game cards so I went up there and asked CC if they could go to my kids since there was a line and again we were on timed games cards instead of providing a solution cc was very disrespectful and condescending. When I brought it to nicks attention he also did not provide a solution and my kids are still not stamped. So I had firmly told them not to bother me at the door when I leave because they one did not do their jobs when we entered and two couldn’t take 5 minutes of their time to provide a solution other than bring all 3 of my kids to the front.I had bought 3 game cards2 - 1hr1- 30 minA salad, a number 1 (pizza and drinks) and cheesy breadAs a single mother with 3 kids this isn’t a cheap trip and then to be treated like we didn’t matter, I will not be returning to this location.
