Honestly, cracker barrel is good. It just really depends on what you order. I ordered a burger with loaded fries and a loaded baked potato. The only thing is the burger was kinda bland, and the baked potato was undercooked, but their fried pickles were good. I do suggest ya'll try that whenever ya'll get the chance.

My family of 7 had the 11 AM lunch we ordered appetizers, waited for about 20 minutes. Waited another 30 or so minutes for our food, two people meal were served and the rest of the group waited 15 minutes longer for their meal, we did not receive the gravy for our meal and we’re told it was not ready so we waited about 15 minutes longer for gravy , when the gravy was served food was cold and gravy was like greasy mashed potatoes and would not even fall out of the serving dish. Very disappointed and will not spend my hard earned money there again. $117.00 totally wasted they should be ashamed very bad service

Our server had an attitude the whole time. When I pointed out that she had added double the drinks on our receipt she had an attitude about fixing it. This was my first time at the Rockwall location and I definitely won’t be back to this one. Every employee had some kind of attitude.

Sat there for 15 mins waiting on a waitress. No one never came to our table . Got up an left . It was not busy there where 5 tables with customers. I even waved at the waitress still ignored me. Never been to crackel Barrell still gonna try it but not this location

We love the Rockwall location! Our waitress was Bonnie and she is always such a joy to have . This is second time we have had her and I remembered how great she was the first time so I was happy to have her again! She actually seems to enjoy working there and is always so full of joy! The food is consistent always. We can't help but love all the gift shop goodies as well!
Bobbie is a true 10! She is by far the best server we have ever had at any location. Food was delicious. We visited for lunch on a Friday.
