Service is quick if you already know what you want. Menu is simple, they've got versions with and without cream cheese for most of their fruit kolaches. Flavor of the month (March) looks to be pistachio; not bad but it tastes a bit syrupy. Butter pecan & Nutella are amazinggg, get plenty of those if you can! On the savoury kolaches, my fave is definitely the jalapeño cheddar, it's got rings of jalapeños inside the kolaches and the slight sweetness of the bread goes really well with the saltiness of both the cheddar and sausage. Ham & cheese is good too but imo sausage with cheddar jalapeño is better. Plain sausage is not to miss either for the lactose intolerant folks, very simple but good flavor. Also, they've got bundles of frozen kolaches in the freezer off to the side, if you want to take some home to make later.

I’m currently stationed in a job that’s walking distance to this shop. I gotta say, this is me and the crew’s breakfast spot almost every day! The kolaches are amazing and the klobasniks are TO DIE FOR! Everything is hand-made in small batches and I swear they’re made with love in each and every pastry. The lady that works on the front every day is super nice and is always chipper as can be! They always keep nice music playing to add to its simple but nice atmosphere. They have tables and chairs and two nice spots to sit down and look out the window and gaze at the beautiful city of Fate. 10 out of 10 the best experience you’ll ever have with a breakfast shop. Makes me wish I lived here at Fate just so I could have easier access to this beloved place!

Four Czechs is awesome! You really can't go wrong with any of their flavors, but I love the cinnamon cream and the jalapeno cream cheese. And the flavor of the month is always interesting.
Love the excellent service provided here and there is a reason they sell out quickly. Every single item is delicious.

This small local business is such a gem! Their kolaches are in high demand so definitely get there early if you're trying to order more than a few. Got a dozen mixed kolaches for work and they were a hit! They are quite large- 2 servings in my opinion. Service is friendly and quick. definitely recommend giving these treats a taste- you won't regret it!
