I got an email the other day for the $25 special so we decided to go in. Email shows that is the only location coupon is good for but they are apparently closed for good. And I have gotten several more emails on deals and coupons for the closed location.

This place is shut down, even though on-line it shows they're open. I even called weeks ago and someone answered saying they were open. It would have been nice if they told me they were gonna be closing down within the next week or so when I called.

The burgers were just ok and the service was incredibly slow. It was around 11:30 am when we were there so it was not busy. The place was also a little dirty.

First time at Fuddruckers in about a year and was shocked at how bad it has gotten. We went on 7/9/21 at 5pm. Only 2 customers inside and 5 employees behind the counter. Took longer than usual amount of time to get the food however the coaster buzzer never went off so I had no clue it was ready. A young man finally brought it to the table.

Noticed no one has responded to the other bad reviews posted over past year so I'll be emailing corporate offices.

The problem in this restaurant is running for kids and they don't know customer service , then I asked for jalapeños the bowl was empty, after they play each other for 15 minutes the jalapeños arrived . Definitely I won't come again

Went there today with the grandkids. The restaurant is VERY dirty and understaffed. The tables were sticky and there was food and dirty silverware, napkins etc. on the floor. Several tables had not been cleaned. The upholstery on our booth seats was ripped and very uncomfortable. I had the grilled chicken sandwich. The bun was stale and the bun soggy. I won't return. I'm curious what their health department rating is. There are too many good burgers places in the area and this is not one of them. Gross!

Dine in & take outcustomer service is present the employees were helpful.Manager engaged during the whole experience.Clean dining in & outside (have them wipe the tables esp. patio) and it's perfect.

This hamburger place has the best bison burger in town. It is far from my house but it is worth the drive. The Fuddruckers near my house closed. I wish they would open up again in Dallas.
We miss our Fuddruckers that closed in Utah. Loved our visit here. I do wish the buns were warm though. Fries were excellent!

Everyone that entered complained about the dining room freezing. People sitting at tables getting up and moving to the patio as soon as a table was cleaned. People wandering around looking for clean tables and this was at 5:00 pm not busy. The buns on the burger were cold. Eat here at least 3 times a month. Definite drop in atmosphere and quality! Won’t be back

Food was great. I have 5 kids plus me and my wife. Price was really reasonable and food was great. We will definitely be back in the near future. Condiments were a little low at the self service station, but overall a good place to eat

I ordered a bison burger, fries, and tried a bite of the 1/3 pound burger of a person who accompanied me. The burgers weren't anything special. The buns were a bit soggy and disappointing, and I ate the food in the parking lot so the buns were already a bit wet. Overall the food was a bit bland. I was under the assumption that with curbside pickup, you'd be able to pull up and receive your order. This is not the case. I called twice and no one answered. I had to go inside. I suppose that makes since because there's a bar to assemble the toppings on your burger, but I feel this should either be solved by being able to request what you'd like while ordering, or discontinuing curbside pickup. The place seemed not very busy. Service while inside could stand to be more welcoming. I wouldn't recommend this place, honestly.

The hamburgers are really good here. They have a bar with all the good stuff to put on the hamburger and it is not a long wait for your meal. I thought the prices were decent.
