Used to frequent Genghis Grill a lot before the pandemic. Now rarely go. But it seems disappointing every time we go now.While the service was 5 stars!!! The food and availability was NOT. they took away noodles as a base, so you have to add it to your already tiny bowl.Plus they were out of so many sides and seasonings. Even basic ones like garlic salt.They also took away the extra little crunchy things you could add after you get your food. Those were always some of my favorite!!My husband got a margarita and they definitely skimped out on the alcohol. When you get it frozen you can tell because the ice won’t melt. Waste of $5.The staff was very friendly but they seemed overworked and always running around. (Probably short staffed).For cleanliness it was 3/5. Okay. It could have been better.Overall, this location has gone far downhill from my experience. Not worth a fun date night. Low quality food and supplies. Especially for the high prices now.

The restaurant is trying something new with adding the noodles before adding the veggies... There already not enough room in the bowls for everything to fit and I didn't like itKid-friendliness: This restaurant has friendly waitresses and they are especially nice to small children .

Best service and best people! My favorite part was when this one snobby couple walked out after the waiter showed them kindness by complimenting them both. She called them “Beauty and Charming” which would’ve been a beautiful moment to remember together but they we’re so egotistical they called it “flirting” with BOTH of them. Lol crazy people these days I tell ya! Lovely place though. Make sure to give your waiters extra respect and love for the silly things they put up with.

My husband and I were so excited to go, especially considering we don’t dine out much. However before we even have the chance to sit at our table the waitress starts off with inappropriate comments. She started hitting on my husband and I treating it like she was picking us up at a sleazy bar and writing flirtatious remarks and pet names on both of our receipts. I really hope the staff and customers know how inappropriate and unprofessional the workers there can be, considering people can’t even go to this establishment without being harassed.
Our experience at Genghis Grill was nothing short of incredible. As we were looking for a Chinese restaurant, we stumbled upon this unique spot and were pleasantly surprised. The ordering process was different from what we were used to, but the staff was extremely helpful in guiding us through it.The standout of our visit was undoubtedly the general manager, Vicki. When we encountered an issue with one of our dishes, she took charge and prepared it herself. We were blown away by her dedication and attention to our satisfaction. Our waitress also went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, including informing Vicki about the dish that needed to be remade.We left Genghis Grill feeling satisfied and impressed by the exceptional service we received. It's not often that you come across a restaurant where both the food and staff exceed your expectations. We will be returning, thanks to Vicki and her team's commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, a fantastic dining experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for something new in their cuisine choices.

Love this Genghis Grill the redheaded waitress (I forgot her name) is always a joy, I see so many regulars saying hi to her and even giving hugs. You must try the Sriracha BBQ it's perfect.

I always come to this location in Rockwall and I have never had an issue with my order. Well this time I did have an issue with my order and came back in to speak with the manager. Well when Vicki came she was very sweet and apologetic and offered to remake the meal the right way. She was so sweet and took care of my issue that I had! I really appreciate store managers like this because that kind of service keeps the customer coming back. She was amazing!

Karis was amazing and super attentive. When they got busy, everyone went into teamwork mode and effortlessly just bounced off of each other and checked on all the tables. I love how they all worked together and had each others backs.
