The app time to order apparently was not in sync with the store and allowed me to order earlier than they were open. After sitting in front of the store where no employees were at work yet, I was not happy for wasting my time and not getting my lunch.I left a message on their voice mail and the manager called me and sent my sandwich to me at work, free of charge!

A++ I have many dietary restrictions and when I asked a question about their gluten free bread, they went above and beyond finding the answer for me. Fyi- their gluten free bread is egg and dairy free also,and toasted is very good! Thank you for the personal service you gave me.

Worst service today, the only good employee is the old lady in the register, the rest need to take the job seriously and stop playing instead of making the orders, I guess the forgot to make my to go order and then rushing to making it, it was horrible when I arrived home.
