Sandwiches are decent. The kids they have working up there have no social skills which makes the customer service sub-par. Also, a regular sized soft drink is $3.79 plus tax! Absolutely ridiculous!

Been going here since it opened. This is the first time I was disappointed in my sandwiches. My cold sandwich was on a wheat roll that was so stale I took the meat off and threw away the roll. The steak and cheese was purchased with points and there was no meat on the sandwich.Will try again but this time was disappointing.Don

The employees are so kind. I had a baby in the car asleep and didn’t want to get him out and wake him so they brought my order out to me and filled up my drink for me. As a mom, I am so grateful!

As always this shop is on the money! great consistent sandwiches and always a hard working staff. Tonight was even better as the young man running things thought i had to wait a little long and made sure i was taken care of. I get this every time i come here and i absolutely love it. And i guess the spicy dill pickle chips are new but they are SO good also, the service at this location is amazing. I called and asked them to bring out my food since my baby was sleeping in the car seat and i didn't want to get him out of the car and wake him up, so they did! So helpful. Thank you!!!

Rockwall location off Ridge. The food is great. Unfortunately, the staff members I interacted with today were terrible. No hello, hi, how are you. No, your welcome after I said thank you. Not even a smile. All I got was a smirk and facial expression that said I hate you and I hate my job. What is wrong with people. Seriously, if you hire people to do a job make sure they are at least nice even if its fake. Sorry to say I won't be returning. I'm a pretty laid back person so for me to say this should be a red flag for your company. Perhaps require some customer service classes for these 2 girls (one working register and other working condiments).
