I received excellent service as part of a pick up order for a custom cake and two dinner orders. Though my order wasn't ready when it was supposed to be, the staff was very apologetic, friendly, and offered me a conciliatory drink for my wait. Theo, Yasmin, and Evelyn took good care of me and gave me regular updates while waiting for the last parts of the meal to be prepared. Our food, and the cake, were all perfect.

One star because it is a cozy place to hang out in. They have a fireplace on and running and cozy seating. However, the food is overpriced+ the serving sizes are small. My dad ordered a glass of orange juice and a tiny croissant sandwich for about $11 or so. The small sandwich did not come with any sides. From what I remember, the people in line in front of me were just ordering salads and small soups for around $30+. In fact, after our meal, my husband said, I think I need to make a pit stop at "In-n-out' because he was still hungry. He ordered the "Country French Breakfast". Yes, the croissants are tasty(they have a bakery) but if you're looking for bigger portion sizes and reasonable prices(this is what I usually look for) this is not the place. I won't be returning.

It was clean today, they had their food out in the lunch service area so I could see what they had. I had their salad plate, everything seemed fresh, the lady assembled the Caesar salad in front of me. She was enthusiastic and nice. They have soups, pastries, sandwiches and a lot of desserts. I enjoy their coffee here, and the croissants are good. I like the fact they have mini desserts for just 3 spoonfuls of sweetness, it's just right after a big meal. Huge fireplace with a fire in it today. Only suggestion: French Cafe music would be lovely, to add to the experience. I like the exterior building, looks like they put time into it. Patio is beautiful and perfect for a ladies get together. They have French wine and a happy hour 3-6 pm Mon-Thur. Fun and relaxing.

Brooke Mayer is so unprofessional... I asked for more Caesar dressing and croutons for salad, because it had hardly any. She proceeded to charge me .75 cents for the extra dressing despite the fact I told her it needed it. She was helping other customer when I went to retrieve items, layed .75 cent down were She could not only see it but hear it. Shockingly, she came to our table / tracked me down with receipt in hand to collect the money WOW!!! She clearly needs to be retrained and sad she represents such a fine establishment.

The worst La Madeline Ever. I ordered pick up via phone and it was not ready by the time I arrived and the manager asked if i can wait little more for the matter they prepare the food in a short period of time. And my two orders with soup comes with in 4-5 minutes I was surprised how fast and was incredibly surprised by the bad, sour test and zero content just they put too much salad and I almost paid$45 for that order. Wast of money good job La Madeline .

Definitely the worst location I’ve ever been to. They were out of almost everything we tried to order. So clearly, the manager is not placing the orders properly. All the soups were cold. They sent out incorrect food. The steamed broccoli wasn’t even cooked or properly seasoned. Green beans had no seasoning. Mashed potatoes were dry. The chicken crêpe had bell peppers in it. French food doesn’t even come with bell peppers. These people have no idea what they are doing and don’t even care.

Their potato soup and French dip sandwich make me have the Homer Simpson drool face. Yes you do want the whole sandwich, just be ready to punish yourself because after the soup and sandwich you'll be so stuffed and want to craw back into mommies womb and take a nap because of the portions. I believe the manager's name was Rebecca. If she wasn't the manager, she should be, behind the counter serving guests, delivering food to tables and walking around checking on guests. Best experience ever. This was in Rockwall, TX. I don't want someone to read this and think their store is better than ours, the food was good but the service was great!

Food is good. Manager will tell you they are out of complementary bread… unless you want to buy some for $6. Then it takes them 10 seconds to cut in the machine to give to you. So they aren’t really out of bread, just want you to purchase it now.
Danish here are excellent. Very good cookies too. Compliments the coffee just right. Nice change of pace breakfast when you don't want to go too heavy.
