food is good when it gets cooked all the way which is most of the time, today i was there and staff had trouble finding my online order which had been done for 10 minutes according to text, after looking manager found it and staff had been adding other people’s pizzas to my order stack lol.another customer who had been their for 30 minutes before me just asked for a refund when when they couldn’t even confirm they started his order, i have before waited here 45 minutes in store for my online pickup orders to be finished after ordering them 20-30 minutes before arriving while people waited similar times beside me“Hot and ready” mmmmhmmm

I was at this location on 02/24/2023. I saw that the staff person was removing dough from the machine without wearing gloves. I would appreciate if the staff follow the procedures.

They do not know what “Hot and ready” means. Also, pretty sure they are employing underage workers.

Food is okay, the problem is with the service here. Stood there for a while before anyone even bothered to say something to me. The three unoccupied employees made eye contact with me and went to hide in the back. Quite honestly, word of advice for shy high schoolers looking for jobs, the service industry isn't for you guys.
