Visited mod pizza for a year weekly with my family of 4. GM was awesome, always there helping. Place now has a bunch of kids running it. Tonight was the third time I’ve walked in, and walked right back out. Flies around the service line landing in the marinara sauce. Kids not caring how an order is made, care more about their friends working or hanging out in the lobby. Don’t recommend this location anymore which is sad, because we love the food.

If you like pizzas, here you can create your own pizza! They are a good size and have many different ingredients.We ordered a pepperoni pizza with serrano, onion and ham. It was very good.I highly recommend this place.

Places that have the word "fast" under the brand name should hire fast workers. Slow workers should either be taught to be faster or be moved to a position corresponding to their slowness. You're welcome.

Despite checking in upon arrival, the orders are not brought out, requiring a visit inside. Nevertheless, the overall experience and delicious offerings make it a top choice for pizza enthusiasts.

We went in shortly after they opened and greeted us with such a great attitude. Took our orders and food came out quickly. Food was really good. As usual. But I think what made this experience the best yet was Nick. From the moment we walked in and helped us. He just had the greatest attitude. Even helped me get signed up for points to earn free food. After we got our food he continued to make sure we were taken care of. Customer service is HUGE for me. And felt like Nick needed to be recognized for his great customer service!! Restaurant was clean. We definitely will be going back.

MOD Pizza is the Chipotle of pizza places! You pick all your own toppings and they'll cook it up for you. Best pizza I've had in years, since it had all the toppings that I love! The gorgonzola cheese was the kicker!As for atmosphere, the music is great, and the people who work here seem to really enjoy themselves. It's kid friendly, as a pizza joint should be. Bring the family!Kid-friendliness: It's a pizza restaurant. Your kids will love it. Even the picky eaters!

It's unfortunate that I have to write this review because everyone knows I love Mod Pizza. This was my first time at this location. It was clean, I admit that. However, the pizza tasted different, and the wings were NASTY. I'm pretty bummed about it, but maybe it was just the person making it that day. These things happen.

So disappointed in this location we were so excited to go because we’ve been to the location in Sachse and that location never disappoints but this location was horrible the restaurant was so dirty the customer service was horrible the food was gross just overall a bad experience! Definitely don’t recommend this location!
