I used to like this place. I will not be back. Service was great. Portions were good. Food was not good. We had a beef fajita. It was all grissle and fat. I could not even chew it. No flavor in any of the steatbor fixing that go with it. The tortilla shells were paper thin. Not a good lunch.

I would have to say my server girl Chelsey may just be the best I've ever personally met, worked with & been served by!Her manager Brittany is unusually warm hearted and tentative to the needs of other people. They are two absolutely amazing rockstars that not only OTB are blessed to have at the moment, but Rockwall/Heath as a whole should probably be honored by as they set an amazing example of leadership in the industry and go far beyond the standard experience! This is second time we are coming here. First time our experience was not good. So just one to give another try. This time everything we liked food, service and atmosphere. Our server Kristen was really good. She answered all our questions regarding the menu. We ordered Grilled chicken border bowl and Fajita chicken quesadillas with cranberry juice. It was delicious. Definitely coming back ?

We enjoyed sitting out on the patio with the nice weather. Our sampler trio was just "ok" and our server was plain and simple but took good care of us. We really enjoyed the chips, salsa, and queso. The atmosphere was great and just as we've always expected at OTB.

Last Saturday, I ordered a chicken taco salad. I was so upset because when I opened the box, there was a puddle of juice and my taco shell was soggy. Then, when I ate it, everything was cold. How does it become cold in 20 minutes from the time I ordered it? I don't understand why I didn't get the experience most customers had since the review rating is good?
Went today, Sunday at lunchtime. Paid 2,99 for tea that was nothing but water. Chips were cold. Asked for some hot chips. The 2nd batch was cold also. Guacamole Live (where they make it at your table) was ok but they don’t have garlic salt. Told us to use the salt on the table. Brought the chicken fajitas out. Plate was steaming hot but the chicken onions and peppers were warm which was strange. Beans and rice lukewarm. Restaurant was freezing cold Lots of screaming crying kids which was annoying. Service was ok. Had to ask for a refill on my watered down tea. Paid over $40. Won’t be back. Not the restaurant it used to be back in the day.

First time at this restaurant, long wait time to be seated since it was National margarita day but worth the wait, our server Javon was very attentive, even when they were super busy he was always bringing us chips and salsa, iced water and extra ranch. Food is tasty and drinks are great.
