The price-to-portion ratio was pretty good. The service was excellent! Especially Vivian! She caught I had a food allergy. I'm very grateful for that. The ramen was good, and we enjoyed the atmosphere. Lots of couples and families.

How does this place stay open? Hands down the most terrible ramen to exist. I tried it a year or so apart 3 different times and no changes yet to be made. I highly recommend these owners to go try a real ramen place in Dallas. This is by far not real ramen just some noodles in a bowl with some water downed soup and cold

Everything was excellent! Portions were good - very filling. The offbrand soda options they have are pretty good. Dr. Dr is sweeter than Dr. Pepper, which I didn't mind, but I loved the Coconut Lime soda and look forward to getting that next time. The spice wasn't as present as we thought it would be, but I still enjoyed my bowl. If you are looking for something to "melt your face off", this may not be enough heat for you, but the flavor is good. Our kids definitely enjoyed their food, and the service was very friendly. The kids agreed to make this part of our regular rotation.

The food looked great, unfortunately the hostess couldn't properly communicate in English, so I decided to go somewhere more organized.
I have eaten Ramen Head for years and originally gave them a 5 star review. I was concerned due to other recent reviews complaining of similar issues, so I had to see for myself. Unfortunately when I ate their today I was disappointed. The ramen broth was not near as flavorful as it was in the past. If it wasn't for the spice level it would of been too bland to eat. The Bao Buns have been my favorite and even the pork and shrimp buns tasted off. I don't know if this is due to falling standards or if it's supply chain issues. I do hope they figure it out and listen to other feedback. I would love to come back if changes are made!

Enjoyed my experience at Ramen Head! The flavors were excellent, but I noticed the meat in my dish was a bit fatty. Main improvement could be made in the meat quality. Despite that, the overall taste was good, and I'm willing to explore other menu options on my next visit. A solid choice for ramen enthusiasts looking for diverse flavors!

This place is definitely overrated. Tonkotsu Ramen tasted like dirty water, adding spice makes it better but it makes it salty too.The waitress was nice but not worth the food. I ate some of my ramen simply because I was starving but it ended up making me sick to my stomach. I’ve had much better ramen for cheaper. Also the waitlist they use doesn’t work, I live 35 min away I tried joining the waitlist since 5:30 several times and each time it said there was no wait but then we got there and were told there was a 35-40 minute wait.
