We had been to this establishment once back when they first opened. It was unremarkable, so we haven't been back until today several years later. It was Friday afternoon. The place wasn't busy. The service was a tag team between two fellows. Not a good start when we find out they were out of Yuengling, Revolver draft, fries, bread, and potato salad. The coleslaw was an option, but the sample they brought out was red in color, sopped in vinegar, and was dreadful. We had the brisket tacos. The flour shell was dry, brisket unremarkable, and the beer was flatter than the sidewalk. I honestly can't recommend anyone to go here for a meal.

The turkey sandwich was cold and no flavor. I had to ask for BBQ sauce which was cold. 2/10. The potato salad was HORRIBLE. 1/10.The service was okay. My waiter check on me but there was another waitress checked on me.4/10.The atmosphere was good. Kids singing and playing instruments. I absolutely loved the kids 10/10.

Today is March 22 yesterday, March 21 me and my three friends we were interested in making a reservation and visiting this establishment for March 21 6:30 PM. I tried to book the reservation online it would not allow me to make the reservation for March 22 , i waited until they opened when they opened. I called multiple times nobody picked up the phone, I was in the Rockwall area soI decided maybe I’ll walk in and try to make a reservation since the phones weren’t working and I was not able to book online. The bartender looks at me and says we only accept reservations and I politely told her I tried to reserve yesterday, but the website was not letting me reserve, then I said how do I make a reservation she says we’re completely booked out I said how can it be how can a person walk into your restaurant and not be able to eat something she says let me go to the back and check she comes back and says we don’t accept same-day reservations I said I understand and that’s why I was trying to book it yesterday online and it would not let me then she says we’re completely booked out for 6:30 PM today. I said thank you and I walk out , this will be my first and last visit to this establishment and I will make sure I tell everybody. I know this is the kind of treatment that I received me and my friends we visit high-end restaurants all over Dallas in my 39 years I have never experienced something like this ever.

We got there late after flying in so the kitchen was closing we ordered Bacon wrapped jalapeños they were good and a chopped brisket sandwich it was OK . The music was good and I like the harbor

The moist brisket is so good and spot on every time. I have been back almost every week since they opened. Great spot for BBQ in Rockwall and the Harbor.
Food is decent barbecue sauce is loose. Service was excellent but the barbecue left much to be desired. Smoked Mac and cheese was good but came out cold. Loaded potatoes were delicious but we came for the barbecue meats. We left hungry.

If I could leave a 0 , I would. This was the most horrible experience I’ve received concerning BBQ. We ordered Pork Ribs, Pinto beans , Mac and cheese and a jalapeño sausage. From the first bite I was disappointed. The ribs taste like boiled meat with sauce on it. Mac had no favor with something on it that represented cheese. Beans were the only thing hot with a little favor. Never ? in my life have I had such a horrible experience in eating BBQ.

Came here for a date on Wednesday during karaoke night. The atmosphere & vibes were so cool! People were just there to have a good time. The view of the lake was awesome. Food was good! I had the brisket quesadillas...10/10 SO GOOD!!!! Service was lacking initially but progressed through the night. Definitely coming back with friends!

This post was made yesterday but I had to edit itToday at around 1:30ish me and my church group went it was the very first time I ever went the customer service was amazing I’m definitely coming back it was super clean and we were served by the waitress named Caitlin she was super sweet friendly funny and helpful and she helped me look at the menu to see what I wanted because I asked her for recommendations and so I decided to get chopped brisket with spicy bbq and fried pickles with ranch and it was amazing when I asked her if they have energy drinks she told me all the ones which she mentioned tropical Red Bull when I asked her if it’s good she said yes it is so I got that and it was amazing Caitlin needs a raise
