I've found that this particular Sonic location is consistently disappointing. Unfortunately, the accuracy of my orders leaves much to be desired, with the drinks being correct only about 2 out of 7 times. It's frustrating to not receive what I've ordered, especially when it happens more often than not. As a result, my visits here have become less frequent, and I've opted to go to the North location instead, where I've found much better consistency in both service and accuracy. It's a shame that this location falls short in comparison, as I do enjoy Sonic's offerings when they're done right.

I couldn't get a sandwich advertised due to the time of day. Sonic sent me a coupon or an advertisement that their burger were in sale and didn't mention anything about the time of day it was available. Just that it was on that day. So I went at lunch time to get a burger and the manager there said, "No" that I had to wait till after five. I explained that the message I got, and I showed it to her has no mention of time, just that it was a today. "No Go, Not Happy"

Save your money and time, and go somewhere else. You sit in the drive thru for 20 minutes until they decide to answer you and then they say “we’re closed” an hour before the website and sign says.

We ordered 2 combos and a kids meal. It was right on the screen however when It came out half of the items were missing and not on the receipt. I said i would do without my tots if they would just bring me my drink and they charged me again for it. For their mistake!!! They don't listen at all!! We are fine with this location. I will drive across town to go to another one.

The food is a personal favorite, but the main points that catch my eyes are the service and ambiance. The employees are (usually) pretty nice to me. I like riding my back over there and getting something to eat. It gives me more chances to bond with them. As I tell myself, I can make friends with Sonic employees faster than I can with kids at my own school. I really like the employees a lot!
I ordered ahead on the app, and when I got my food I noticed a topping I ordered on something wasn't there. After waiting probably 5 or more minutes for a response, I assume because they were pretty busy, they answered to tell me it doesn't show as a topping on their end and it got mixed in. I explained that it said it was a topping in the app and that is what I wanted so could I get it as a side item to add on top. They then re-explained it doesn't go through as a topping and left the button lit as talking and proceeded to ignore us so we couldn't be heard or get further assistance. I will NEVER go back to this location with how childishly they treated us.

We wanted a Strawberry CREAM Slush which is 'on the menu' all day every day. We couldn't find it on the Sonic App. BUT if you order at the kiosk you CAN order it FULL PRICE. When asked WHY the discrepancy, we were told that it is an item not offered IN THE APP. The SMALL is $3.89. WAY TO RIP OFF, SONIC ?
