Beware this sonic serves petrified buns with the tiniest crispy chicken I’ve ever seen it’s more like mush, chicken, old old old, lettuce and burnt onion rings. Looks like they give you the things they’re trying to get rid of in their drive-through.

At this specific Sonic location, they have drive thru and also have dine-in. I walked inside up to the counter and patiently waited for my order to be taken. I was the only customer waiting. The employees barely glanced at me and did not acknowledge me once. I continued to wait and became annoyed because I was still being ignored. I walked away and no one said anything. I told my husband can you just take me through the drive thru instead. They immediately took my order once I was in the drive thru…and then when we got to the window to pay, the employee just put her hand out for our credit card didn’t greet us or anything. When our food was brought out, she shoved the bag of food at my husband and she slammed the window shut and didn’t say anything else. I like sonic food but this was horrible customer service and i will not be going to this location again.

Ordered a chili frito burrito and they didn’t even wrap it they just threw a mess in a wrapper gave it to me, don’t know if I’ll be coming

Second time giving them a shot- second time they’ve screwed up our order, given it to someone else, or just left things out. No excuses for having us sit for 30 minutes at the window. We would love to speak with someone so this doesn’t happen to anyone else, but we won’t be back. They said that they’d refund the order, I will hold them to it by coming back and updating if they actually do what they said.

We came and order a burger and a chicken tender meal. The burger had bread and meat that tasted old and the chicken tenders given were old a dry. It was clear this stuff was made hours ago. This is supposed to be the Sonic for Fate but they just don’t care about the food quality at all. Gonna have to just go to Rockwall.
