**STAY AWAY FROM ANYTHING CLOSE TO RESEMBLING TEX MEX*** as it is the whitest versions you will ever taste i.e the chicken tortillas soup is tomato soup with chicken in it, the nachos are chips with tomato sauce on it etc. lol it’s baddd.Otherwise, all other food is great! #vayacondios

I love Standard Service their food is great and it’s kid and outing friendly. They may have the best grilled chicken sandwich. It has a little kick but not too much. All of their food is tasty though. Very comfortable atmosphere for everyone.

Nice place but very standard service, like the name. Horrible food, very slow server, weird menu. So sad!

I went here to have a few beers and wait on some takeout. When they filled up my beer cup, it was strangely below the top of the glass (about and inch and a half). However other people that seemed to know the bartenders had full pours every time. I have serving and bartending experience and have never seen this before. Service was polite but this was just strange.

Had a great experience here. They have games like pickle ball and so much more including chess etc. The food is great as well as the drink selection for kids and adult beverages

It’s a cool place. Patty melt was great, chicken parm is really good too. Get the Parmesan Kale dip app! Always a fun spot to go to.

Excellent venue.Horrific food.Loved our waitress.Food was not anything special. Hamburger tacos are a real joke. We travel to different restaurants and compare foods as a hobby. If it were not for the venue, this place would be easily forgettable.Queso had potential; missed the mark.Hamburger tacos were incredibly sad.Food wasn't hot.Small portions.Large restaurant with only one toilet in men's room. This place could literally be the coolest restaurant in Dallas...if only.

My husband and I go to Standard Service just about every other Fridays… this was our first “bad” experience. The music was blasting and we could even hear each other talk. We sat down and waited 7 minutes before anyone came to help us. We had to ask for water. Then after water came, it was 15 minutes before our waitress came and took our order. It took over 20 minutes before my drink was served. Not sure if our waitress was new but I am not motivated to go back there again. My husband always get Salmon entree…..he said his salmon was very salty!

Two pickleball courts. You can rent paddles and balls at the host stand. I liked that we could make reversions up to 6 people online before. Great vibes. I enjoyed the chorizo Omelette.

We booked a reservation for a large group a day in advance of playing in a baseball tournament in the area. We were driving from nearly 6 hours away. Our tournament was cancelled due to rain while we were on the way to Rockwall. Sadly, we had to turn back and head home. We attempted to cancel the reservation that evening but a lack of service in dusty West Texas caused the email to stagnate. The following day, a cancellation was sent to their automated reservation system 7 hours prior to the reservation time, which made all of those tables readily available to be used for service that evening by other customers. We were still charged a $260 "no show" fee despite cancelling 7 hours in advance because their policy requires more notice. Though we understand the policy, it was extremely disappointing that they charged us given the circumstances. I pleaded our case and explained the circumstances and timeline to the management, and they remained steadfast in holding to their 72 hour cancellation policy even though we only made the reservation 30 hours in advance. There are too many great restaurants in this area to patronize a business that would value $260 of supposed lost revenue over doing the right thing for a group of young children who were already disappointed enough when their baseball tournament was cancelled. We planned to come back to this venue for our next tournament in April, but this situation has changed our minds. We will take our business elsewhere.
