By far my favorite location around! I always order ahead on the app and pick up in the drive through. I never have to wait long, everything is always correct and well-made, and everyone is always SO nice!! They really make me smile at the end of a long day.

And my basic dogs love Starbucks. Every time we go to Starbucks, we talk about bringing them along for a pup cup. They know the words when we decide to drink coffee at home, and they get upset. I got hooked on a holiday drink, and now my go-to is the white chocolate mocha hot or cold. But when I'm trying to slim down they have many options for you as well. From Almont milk, or skinny latte or water. I love the tomatoes mozzarella sandwich and the bacon Gouda

Other than the one female employee throwing orders on the counter, the rest of the staff was super friendly.
Omg you guys always go above and beyond to suggest little changes to my drinks and they are always PHENOMENAL today they put cinnamon cold foam with caramel drizzle and cinnamon or cinnamon dolce powder on my drink and it was DELICIOUS! The worlds BEST Baristas right here in Rockwall!! Best service EVER also!!!I wish I could name every barista that has helped me at this location (maybe I’ll start making a list)because you are all phenomenal baristas!! This store has THE BEST customer service of any location I’ve been to. If I’m having a good day you make it better and if I’m having a bad day you definitely make it better. You take care and concern to make orders with care and really exemplify customer service! Thank You all for always going the extra mile! Y’all are Amazing ? Nice, clean and quick service. We went inside for a quick breakfast on the way to airport. The plant based sandwich was a surprise addition for me. Most locations don’t serve plant based sandwich’s. Happy surprise!

I haven't gone into a Starbucks and ordered coffee in years, but I ran out of coffee yesterday morning and decided to drop by. I was greeted by a wonderful gal named Kenzie. I wasn't sure what to order because it had been a couple years and the menu changed drastically from what I remembered, so Kenzie recommended a brown sugar espresso drink because I mentioned I liked oat milk. WOW I took my first sip when I hit the light on frontage rd and blurted out "holy s*** that's good". Well, now I'm hooked. Thank you Kenzie for your kind service and great recommendation! Happy I stopped by.
