Great smoothie shop with some healthy lunch options. My first visit to one of these was out of state and I was excited to see one in Rockwall. This place is definitely worth a try!

I am disgusted. Not only was the girl working the drive thru window rude and unhelpful (I asked for the vegan protein substitute: “What’s that? We don’t have that.” Oh, you’re out of the chicken substitute? The vegan chicken? “Oh. Yeah, that. What else?” Or, when I got to the window to pay, I asked her to fix my total per the $1.99 smoothie add on coupon I mentioned when ordering, “I can’t. You already used this.” Umm.. what? How? “This is a receipt. You already used this.” …No.. this is literally the receipt with the survey code so I can get my smoothie for $1.99… “*eye roll* Fine.” Can you add my phone number? My app doesn’t work to scan the receipt. “No. I can’t do that for you.” Like, what?? lol), but my *very thin and halfway empty, mind you* Thai Chicken Wrap had some random WHITE sauce on it— when the sauce should be an amber/brown color. I didn’t realize everything was covered in this weird tasting white glaze until I was a couple bites in. I feel like I am going to throw up. This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.

Terrible Customer Servive on the day of the eclipse. I ordered food and 5 smoothies in drive thru. When the young man with curly hair asked if I wanted a receipt I told him no but I’ll need a drink carrier. When another individual started handing me all of the smoothies individually I was asking him which flavors were which and before I could ask him again for the carrier, the window closed. The drink in my lap fell over, when I asked the lady with short brown hair to remake it because I requested a drink carrier before I got the drinks, they said I would have to re-pay for it. I get that I spilled it but the young man with curly hair def new I asked before and it would be just be a nice thing because he dropped the ball. So this place is rude and I will not be coming back

If i could leave a 0 star for service i would. Went to the drive through this morning which no one was in the drive thru or parking lot. The girl told me wait a second and 10 minutes pass by. I say hello? in the speaker about 5 times and no response. So i went a parked to go inside. The girl was extremely rude saying I was yelling at her through the speaker? Then she was going off that she’s by herself. How am i supposed to know and how is that my problem?

The employee, June, who took my order and made it was super nice and made everything great. Totally satisfied my craving and then some. Best service of all the times I have been.
I spent 40 minutes waiting in the drive thru with only 2 cars in front of me. It was ridiculous! Finally pulled to the speaker, tried to order, no one would answer me so I left! I watched about 10 cars get in and out of the drive-through line because of the wait. I hope the owner of this establishment realizes how much business they’re losing from the time it takes for food to be prepared.

Honestly the absolute worst tropical smoothie in all America. How do these smoothies taste so horrible and the same exact kind of smoothie always taste different every single time. Smoothie was so gross last time I couldn't even drink it. Also, they never ever get the order right. I've even gotten food before that wasn't even heated, ingredients added when they weren't supposed to, and ingredients missing when they should have been added. Ordered online just to wait an additional 20 minutes after the ready by time, just for the workers to be doing nothing. It was only a wrap and smoothie and took 40 mins to be ready. I have never seen an adult in the store, only children and it is ran as such. It is very sad this is the only one in Rockwall. What a disappointment. Always hope for different results when I go, just to always be terrible. When will I learn. My significant other won't even eat there anymore and we have eaten tropical smoothie for 7 plus years.
