Ok these guys are hands down the best in town. After cancer I have difficulty swallowing so I always need extra sauce to eat. These guys have the best lo mein! Add that to there one of a kind brown sauce and sweet and sour and boom! Always professional on the phone and delivery is fast! Van Chan is the only Chinese food restaurant in town far as I am concerned! KeepIt up!Dietary restrictions: Lots of options!

Ate lunch here today and every single booth had dirty dishes and the tables were sticky. I would understand if they were super busy and they were understaffed but there were two girls behind the counter just talking and they were not busy. I had to move dirty dishes to another table in order to sit down. On top of that me and my co-worker both got mild food poisoning. Spring rolls were terrible, tasted like nasty grease. 100 percent will never eat here again.

Ordered from the restaurant Saturday night. Spent over $65 for food. The sweet and sour chicken was rotten and moldy. I called the restaurant and they seemed indifferent to the problem. My whole family suffered do to the terrible experience. Please do not trust this restaurant. They asked me to send pictures to verify the problem!! So awful! Would give a 0! Thought of calling health department. Days latter I still feel sick!

Was given vegetable soup with chicken instead of chicken chow mein. Called the store the lady told me chow mein isn't noodles and is soup and that I should have ordered chicken low mein. I then checked the menu which isn't on there. 12.95 for chow mein and given 5 dollar soup. Thank you.

Took 2 hours to get our food and we were told it would be 45 minutes but then once it was finally delivered the order was wrong. Definitely would not get food from here. The food we did receive was not good at all

This has been a go to grabbing dinner on my way home. Last night ordered orange chicken. Small pieces, some without chicken at all and those with chicken tasted old and dry. Ordered not spicy but red peppers still made their way into the food. I was the only person there so can't blame too busy. I won't be returning.

Got takeout including egg foo young, which it was not. The dish was served with strange chunks of mystery meat in a sweet dark sauce; I felt ill after eating. Positively speaking, for my diet, I have no inclination to eat Chinese food for the foreseeable future.

This possibly could have been a 5 out of 5 experience. However the employee at the back table in she dining room played his whatever at MAX sound the entire time with no regard to the fact that people are attempting to dine in peace. A few glances over the shoulder usually cause such a human to catch a him. However, this guy had no care in the world. Entitled & obvious sums it up. II’ll probably get to go orders. But I’ll never dine in again because of his asinine exemplary levelOf comfort.

Vegetarian options: I went in with my family and we ordered vegetable lo mein and fried rice and steamed rice with tofu. When the food comes it came in veggies has Mushroom and we ask the waiter we are allergic and if she can change it she said she will have to charge as another payment. So we order another one. The food came really disturbing the the Tofu was really saggy and melting no taste at all to much oil. Customer service is really bad the waiter she was very rude!!!

Stopped in after shopping hoping to get some decent Chinese food. I ordered Orange Chicken and Kung Pao Chicken to go. Once home, I sat down to enjoy some Kung Poa. A few bites in, found a hair wrapped around a niece of chicken. Needless to say I lost it. I don’t think I’ll be having Chinese for a long time and I definitely will not be returning to this place.
