Good food and fair prices BUT! They have two windows and only using one. Hate the drive thru because they make you pull in to the side, like what’s the point of having the actual drive tru? And I wouldn’t mind but the fact that every time we get there they never get out order right and never give us ketchup or sauce even when we request it, so I still have to get down my car and go request it. New manager that is organized and care for customer service is needed.
As Burger Kings go, this one was below average. Why do fast food places put the most untrained, non-communicative individuals at the register? Barely spoke English. Put our order in wrong so it came out wrong. Not impressed.

Normally frequent DQ and WB but gave them a try. Order through the drive-thru. Wait time at window, less then 5 minutes, food was ready 3 minutes maybe. Food was same temperature as outside. High 50s. And my double meat jr turned out as single meat.
