We were heading to Colorado City and wanted a bite to eat. Burritos Zacatecas turned out to be an excellent choice. We enjoyed speedy, friendly service and the burritos were great - the meat was very tender and the sauce, flavorful!
As we were driving west on I-20, we decided to look for somewhere to eat in Roscoe, Texas. Burritos Zacatecas had good reviews on Google, so we decided to check it out. This simple restaurant was clean and looks like it is family-owned. We ordered the 'carne con chili verde' and 'carne guisada' burritos. The meat was super tender and the sauce delicious. We enjoyed our meal and felt great about supporting a small locally owned restaurant in a small town.

Just got lunch there, best guisada I've had in a long time. Co worker had steak and said it was great too, place was very clean service was fast and friendly. Will be a return customer for sure.
