It's Burger King. Nothing special. I would prefer a Burger King burger with McDonald's fries, but oh well. I think Burger King has better burgers but McDonald's has better fries. Oh yeah, and their chicken nuggets are way better than McDonald's.

Manager and employees are rude! Tried to explain the order in drive thru. The young man just closed the window. Continued to stare at us through the window. Then I went inside to order the rest of my order that got left out. She says her name is Jennifer. But she did not have a name tag on. Waited a very long time to get one burger and 4pc mozzarella sticks. I would avoid this place. It's just long lines and attitude from the employees.

First off, lady working the drive-thru had an attitude as if I needed to slow down telling her my order so she could do her job. Service from their kitchen is the worst! Part of my order consisted of two original chicken sandwiches plain, just the meat and bun! How do you screw that up? I got home and the two chicken sandwiches had mayonnaise and lettuce on them! Yet the ticket said plain for both of the sandwiches! No wonder I was the only car in their drive-thru at dinner time! I recommend going to the Burger King on Commercial Drive in Rosenberg! They are open 24 hours and food is always fresh and order is always correct when going through the drive-thru! The employees at at this location seem to be a lot happier, more organized, and prepared their customers!

My kids ordered Uber eats. They ordered 3 meals and got 1 sandwich 3 fries and 3 drinks. I had to leave in my pajamas at 11:00 at night to head to the store because they wouldn’t answer the phone. When I got there the manager said he told the Uber eats guy they didn’t have spicy sandwiches however I was still charged 48.00. When we got there he knew exactly what my complaint was. He acted like he knew the order was shorted. I asked why he didn’t take the sandwiches off. He didn’t have a good answer and made us new sandwiches. I still had to show up there in my freaking pajamas just to make it right. Unacceptable.

We did a mobile order to pick up in the drive-through. There was only one person ahead of us, and they were out pretty quickly. But they took a good amount of time with our simple order. The staff was friendly.

Omg my worst experience at this burger King service sucked!!!! The only reason I put a star was because it wouldn't let me post unless I did. I waited almost 30 mins in line and it sucked cause I couldn't go forward or backward to get out. 30 mins and still got my order wrong????

This is the worst burger king ever first when we arrived we asked for two separate orders and the guy said he couldn't do that and then we explained how he can do it and we don't even work there. They also don't even know their own menu when I was asking questions about something I have never ordered. Then the person taking my order was giving attitude and kept on screaming at us saying "what" because he was to busy talking to his friends to listen to our order. When we finally arrived to window he gave us the wrong drinks and then asks us what we had ordered again. And finally handing us our food they made it all wrong and they had basically every employee upfront watching us like we did something wrong.

You ask for my opinion soooo here it goes .The place was very clean and the workers looked super bored, but it's a Fast food job so they are not interested about the quality of work over personal attention service.The atmosphere was stale.My only real complaint was the app ordering my food customized for my father.The app wouldn't allow this option or accept my payment.This app was all-for-not .The young server did make the meal we wanted the way we wanted and took my payment with no hesitation.So over all I will be ordering in the drive thru or just walking in .Nothing against the restaurant, but I prefer customization over automation.Also an enthusiastic atmosphere.But Burger King will never lose my monies nor my patronage. The burgers are too good.
