This Restaurant Stinks and looks Dirty.I saw a rodent crawling on their floor.Im serious.My dad use to come here and brings us food but that was 20 years ago.Whoever the owner is, doesn't teach its employees to be nice.If your that hungry for frozen fish and shrimp then this is your place.If you don't mind the rude employees, then this is your place.If you don't mind the rodents then this place is for you..Who is the Owner?And where is the owner .Perhaps he is on a yacht and enjoying life dreaming of how everyone that comes to spend their money to eat crazy food and he is smiling thinking ? thanks to all the desperate hungry people who don't care about coming to my stinky crazy Restaurant and spending your money so I can have the luxuries of life.So yeah people go ahead and spend your money to support a owner who doesn't care who he hires and doesn't care how his employees treat their customers.

Used to love eating Captain D’s every Friday. We used to live here in the 1980s and I’m happy to see that a lot of the restaurants around back then are still around today. I always felt Captain D’s was far superior to Long John Silver. I wish there had a restaurant in Chicago. ?

Went here to get food and the lady who worked the drive through was rude had the nastiest attitude and looked like she just got out of a gay prison a week ago. I nicely informed her that I wanted 3 orders of something instead of one and she told me with a funky attitude that I needed to go back through the drive through to order again as rolled her neck and her eyes like she’s in high school and not 40 years old… nobody else was there but me and no one else was in line. This was the strangest encounter I have ever had at a food place ever. Her nastiness made me feel like. I couldn’t ever trust to eat my food. They have awful people working here especially if the rest of the staff also allows this kind of behavior.

Just ate at the location in Rosenberg and I ask to make my country style extra crispy not fried hard and fish wasn't done on the inside and workers was very rude cuz I ate one fish and one cold slaw and wanted a refund after wasting my 14.92 on some food and never again.
Not the same it used to be good back in the day.. i guess if you clogged up and need to eat a lot of oil its the best

Don't get me wrong I like captain D's but the cashiers here have an attitude and make ordering food so unpleasant. I ordered food today (and I often order form here) and I specifically pleaded for my food to be very fresh and very hot, and when the food came out it was barely room temperature. With the prices at captain D's being what they are, I at least expect fresh and hot food. Everything about this location is unpleasant. The cook, especially, has an attitude. Before I left, I reminded the cashier to please next time mention to the cook that the food be hot and fresh (as I had constantly pleaded 3x), and as I was leaving I most certainly could hear the cook getting snappy with "don't come back here again". I get it; it's a minimum wage job, but I am not expecting much, just basic decency from a food service place and the food to be cooked properly. I am not asking for a 5 star restaurant service! I don't usually write reviews, but I've never had such horrendous experience like this in a fast good place in all my life. The only person I would say is decent there is the bald man (which I assume is a manager ). Hopefully they can find better work attitude/ethic even for a fast food place or they can find more competent people for those positions.
