Possibly the worst burger I've had since I can remember. Small, dry and nasty. I will never order from there again. No wonder they are closing restaurants

4-27-2024 Had breakfast on Saturday my pancakes were cold and had eggs shell in my eggs also the pancakes syrup was cold. Asked my server why he told me that they usually heat it up. He brought me new pancakes and hot syrup. Went to check out and I let the cashier know she called her manager over and she took 3 dollars and something off my bill but it was my pancakes that were cold still paid full price for my meal. And I still tip him $10.00 should of given him 5.00 dollars but I know people are going through hard times. I won't be back anytime soon. Also the table a cross from me their food was cold as well I guess it's a thing that they do here at this location.

Just finishing up our breakfast and SO disappointed! Not only did they mess up my order and forget the ham but when he finally brought it out I took a bite of it and the ham was spoiled and smelled so bad we thought someone in the restaurant hadn't showered! The manager did not care at all,she just asked if I wanted something to replace it! Ruined our breakfast and didn't even offer a discount!

Neat stuff there that you don’t see in other places and a lot of nostalgia items in Sodas and Candy. Customer service is slightly slow and they DO NOT GIVE MILITARY DISCOUNT (Not nice ? ). The Military serve and fought for our Country so Crackle Barrel can serve their customers freely

I placed an order online for pickup totaling $69. Upon inspection of the items, I realized one order of pancakes was missing. I called and spoke with the manager(Rosemary). She informed me that she packed the order herself and it was correct. I tried to tell her 4-5 times and she argued and denied. I even told her that it was a mistake and no one is perfect. Needless to say, I got nowhere with her. I asked for corporate's phone number and she told me to google it. What happened to customer service? Why would I call about one order of pancakes when I ordered $69 worth of food? Then I called customer service where they have representatives from 8-5, and no prompt to access a live rep. I'm very confused about this treatment that I received today because I've patronized this business for many years and problems have been minimal. But today........I'm so disappointed.

Fried chicken was dry as the bones. Second time same issue. Told us short staffed and in heat box to long. Suggested coming at a different time. Shame on them. Should be made to order.
Food quality has gone really down hill. It's just cheap stuff at this point. The company as a whole is a shadow of its former self and is going the same route as chilies and olive garden. Just a waste of money.

TJ, our server, was the bomb! He was friendly, attentive, knew his stuff, made recommendations too. The food amount was just right, as was the price. The cashier also was knowledgeable; she signed me up for the rewards (Pegs) program in just a few minutes. Now I'm getting a free appetizer when I dine again!
The cornbread dressing didn't look or taste like dressing. The apple struedal pie looked like someone had poked at it. The rolls were not good either.I was surprised because all the other times I have gotten a feast from ya'll it was great. I will probably try again and hope that it is better. Your survey needs a kittle help. Why would you list "silverware" under the dishes you would recommend? We had the ham, mac & cheese, Dressing, Mash potatoes, pecan pie, struedal pie and rolls.
