Ordered through Grubhub on Saturday 3/2/24. My 8 year old daughter ended up getting food poisoning from the chicken strips. Came on about 7 hours after eating. Hopefully this will make people aware that this location must not practice very safe food handling procedures, because this is the third time, in about a year, someone I know has gotten sick from here.

Chicken tenders were cooked with old grease and 2 had chewy hard to bite through texture. The fries were good. Workers were fast and nice. Clean facilities.

I am tired of this location. Every single time we order here, it takes forever and/or the order is wrong. Twice I have ordered the sourdough breakfast sandwich. It’s on the menu. I even found a picture of it. It’s just a breakfast jack with sourdough instead of a bun. The first time, they gave me a loaded sourdough sandwich but it had a bun on one side and sourdough on the other. WTH the next time they got one piece of ham and two pieces of cheese on sourdough. The charged us for a sourdough ham melt which is what I got. But it’s not what I ordered. This location doesn’t know what’s on their menu and they argue with you about what you are ordering. And you don’t know it’s wrong until you go home and unwrap your food when you get home. I shouldn’t have to tell you how to make a sandwich that is on your menu. But I guess if I come here again I will. Also I tried to go to jacklistens but the site won’t load. Go figure.

Not a good experience. No greeting and service was slow. Employees walking around doing their thing but I never heard them say " We'll be with you in a few minutes" or "may I help you". One man was on his lunch break and they got his order wrong. Took them several minutes to even get to him and make him another burger. He was mad and disappointed. My first choice drink was Sprite there was none, second choice Dr. Pepper, none. Chose gingerale and that tasted like chlorine. We ate our burger and thank goodness that was good. And you guys have McDonalds next door.Parking: Good parking just hard t get to from busy street.
