Ordered door dash from here and door dash only gives you three add ons but in store you can add as much as you want I I really wanted Twix but couldn't choose any more on the app because I was at the limit but I put in the special instructions that I'd like Twix as a silly little thing maybe they'd read it and they did! They actually added it. Super great customer service and so sweet of them!!! Will definitely be ordering from them again thanks guys :)

Always delicious. This location sometimes has a line out of the door because it is reliable and the perfect way to cool off or end a fun evening. I typically get a pint to go and lots of toppings added and they are always so patient with my ample topping request. Would recommend to anyone who likes sweets.

Modest-sized location kept very clean! Tables were kept free of sticky messes, which I'm sure is a challenge. Their work area was nicely stocked and very clean. Employees were friendly and moving quickly to serve everyone. Great experience with my family of 4.

They definitely scammed me. I asked for the smallest size of the Better Batter Boogie Board and was told that because it's a preset combination, they can't make a small and I'd have to get the regular. The menu simply states the price for each size and says that the mix ins are unlimited. Nowhere on the menu does it mention you can't get a small if you choose a suggested combination. I've gotten it in the small size before. I looked it up when I got home and found that you can do an online order and the small size is an option for their combinations. This employee just flat out created his own rule and charged me more money for more ice cream than I could finish. If I decide to ever come back, I'll ask for the small size and read them the description of the ice cream flavor and mix ins instead of asking for it by name to avoid their scam again.
Ice cream is always 5.Dude, this was a surprise check and you passed on politeness and charm, however you unfortunately failed as you did not mix in the topping, which is “marble slab’s” iconology unless the customer specifically asks to put the toppings on top only- no short cuts ?. I will come back again when I am in Houston checking things out!Updated on November 22nd. - As mentioned, I am back in Houston and just came by with the family. Service was great and the flavorful ice cream with the mixin was the highlight. Thank you for making it right! Personal favorite Amaretto, cheesecake with silvered almonds and pecans!!

This location was easily accessible and had parking - ice cream is delicious! Only downside was the wait to get served. The line on Saturday night was wild; don't know if this is just a busy location. You can get unlimited mix ins when you get a cone, so definitely get a cone!!!

These Marble Slab Creamery workers, Isaac and Mary, are absolutely fantastic ! They provide excellent customer service with a smile and go above and beyond to make your ice cream experience extra special. They are friendly, efficient, and create the most delicious ice cream treats. They make my ice cream taste like it’s made from heaven. I come every tuesdays and I really look forward to seeing my new friends. They already know my usual order and they always make it amazing. I love Isaac and Mary, give them a raise !!!
