I ordered #5 for $10.99!! Leg and tight. The “roasted” chicken was dry and tough. Beans are uncooked and flavorless. A total disappointment. Order roast chicken for $10.99. The leg and hip were harder and drier than a shoe sole. The beans without any flavor and raw. Total disappointment.

Don’t ever ever get a hamburger here I know it’s a mexican chicken place but you would think they’d have decent burgers as Mexican burgers I got more lettuce and mayo than meat very very disappointing i was better off going to McDonald’s.I got burned !!

Update: 5 stars! The plates were full and food was delicious. Thank you and I will frequent often. -------- I first tried it when visiting my dad who ordered it for pickup. It was good and there was a lot of food on one plate. I ordered tonight based on the pictures and was disappointed with the amount of food I got for what I spent...the chicken was dry. The plate was mostly rice. I'll have to give it another try maybe ordering in person/over the phone instead of through Yelp (Grubhub). Because it was good the first time.

Customer service is the worst, they need to stay home or closed the location if they don’t want to work. They do charge you extra if you use your card instead of cash which they don’t they don’t tell you ahead of time. This brand of locations is going down hill.

Very bad attention, I called asking about closing time, they told me at 10:pm we were in downtown Houston. We arrived at 8:35 they didn't want to sell chicken and when we ordered tacos. They said we could no longer eat in the place that had already been cleaned. And there was 1:25 left to close. It is a lack of respect for the client.

les daría un 0 si fuera posible, pasamo por algo de comida (plato mixto entero) en lugar de eso nos dieron medio plato y aparte estaba toda quemada, no recomiendo ese lugar.. si quieren pollo región el del 1st street está mucho mejor y los empleados ahí son más amables.
