Employees busy but too busy to wait on customers. Did an ap order, wasn't ready. No napkins, paper towels in the bathroom. Chicken sandwich was awesome, service not so much.
I dont’t know why people complain alot about this store, but this popeyes were been very respectful to me, they have good service, and they will give you your food fresh if you ask for it. They are very polite, and they put the effort to keep everyone happy.To be honest i rate this store a 5?. Keep up the good work and the good service, thank you ?.

Popeyes is my favorite restaurant but today I was so disappointed. I ordered the surf and turf which was good. I also ordered a three piece spicy with red beans and rice and that chicken was not fresh at all. It looked like it had been sitting up for two days reheated and served. I was on my lunch break I was so upset I couldn’t even take it back. I am so disappointed because usually my food is good I don’t know what’s going on at that store, but it is horrible, the customer service at the window was very rude arrogant. He thought that it was funny because he was telling little jokes, but it can be very offensive. I don’t think I would ever go back there. I never write reviews ever but this time I just had to that chicken didn’t even look like it came from Popeyes. I was so very disappointed.

So I order so chicken tender and a two piece with a large side of red beans get all the way home my red beans aren’t in the bag ….. go allllll the way back and when I advised my beans were not in there they apologized and said we are out of beans so now I’m pissed because instead of saying that at 1st they allowed me to go all the way home knowing my beans were not in there and when I come back they say we are out of beans so my response was y’all were out when I ordered it y’all just didn’t care and let me go all the way home smfh never again !!!!!

Several times eating chicken straps at several times an they were so old an dry I'm done after several times at different times always the same really after so many turn overs in workers it the same so
