They customer service is good and they always make the drinks fast. But, every time I order a drink I'm left feeling sick. I don't believe they're cleaning the containers properly or adding fresh ingredients. I've been to other locations and never experience this.

Not satisfied with drink that I received compare to many visits prior to this one. Clearly somebody did not follow the recipie for the drink since it was very bland and the drink consistency of very much only ice. For a beverage that is 11$, this shouldn't be happening. I want my drink sweet and loaded with flavor. If I want a diet drink I'll get a diet drink. I am not happy, smoothie king ?

I came in unsure what to order and was a little picky. Montrell was very helpful and informative, making the perfect suggestion for me. He's friendly and fast, and had my custom smoothie in my hand in less than 10min. 10/10 would recommend.

RUN. Customer service is terrible, they don’t fill up the drinks, and having a conversation with them is impossible. Please, take your business anywhere but this dump. Incompetent and rude? Plus the manager doesn’t do anything. This place needs to be bought out and gutted. The staff is atrocious.

Horrible location. They basically tried to force me to purchase my smoothie after i accidentally made a mistake on the size. The manager said it's wasting product. First off is the strawberries and banana coming out of your paycheck? NOOOO! Smoothie King is a multi million dollar company. While you're busy worrying about wasting product your CEOs is sitting on thousands of dollars not worried about it. Starbucks wouldn't care they'd make another one with no problem. They refused to make me another one. I had to come into the place for them to remake the drinks in the correct size. I will NEVER come back to this ridiculous location. The manager and employees is just as ridiculous as their slow service and watered down drinks.

Pulled up in line at 9:38 employee walked from behind the building doing no telling what to tell us they were already closed for the night I stated y’all don’t close until 10:00 the employee’s response was we close 10 minutes prior to closing. Than I stated it’s only 9:43 he replied back it’s only 2 of us working & it would take awhile to make 1 smoothie ?????.

I am very disappointed in my smoothie. King. I come there every single day tonight. I showed app at 955 and there was still people in line and they refused to take my order and turn the lights off me and ran into the back. I told the girl I'm a very good customer. She said I don't know who you are click.Will probably be using another Smoothie King in the future. Unless this one reaches out to me.Very disappointed

This location is the worst smoothie king I’ve ever been too. They get orders wrong and they are extremely rude to customers. When calling to complain about them, the district manager basically told me he wasn’t going to do anything about it. I’m never going to this location ever again.

I come to this place about 5 days out the week I spend well over $250+ tips a month within the last year so I consider myself a loyal customer. For the most part, my smoothies are good or there just ok. I’ve maybe gotten a few smoothies that were not good at all that I’ve taken back for remakes because it tastes like ice with no flavor even with the additional add-ons. Today I was told by an employee THE MANAGER SAID I’m no longer allowed to have remakes on smoothies or to buy a different smoothie & for me to go to another location if I wasn’t happy with the previous options. I really enjoy this particular smoothie but I can live without it. WTBS- I’m happy about the amount of money I will save & I will gladly go elsewhere or make them at home.

The smoothies suck! The smoothies taste like water! The manager is rude! The young employees play around cursing & talking about customers! I will never spend money here again! No wonder they have bad customer reviews! They need new employee training & management!

Very rude employees. One of the Hispanic girls tried to be very disrespectful in Spanish but I speak Spanish and had to put her in her place. She better think before she tries to be disrespectful to paying customers and gets embarrassed again. I will not be back to waste any of my money there.
