i have ordered a large cup of ice as i was eating it, there was a baby roach inside the cup. this is very disgusting. i will never ever go back there again. This was at 8:20pm March 31 2024. i waited 10 mons for a damn cup of ice. This is not good customer service.

Ordered a large Reeses Peanut Butter Cup Blast to go. Got home and found...maybe...5 pieces of peanut butter cup in the whole thing. 32oz of soft serve with ~5 small bits of peanut butter cup?!?! Who does this?!?! Very unsatisfied and won't be back to this location. I even tipped WAY more due to the freeze.

DISRESPECTFUL I have given probably close to 100 restaurant reviews for Google & getting 2 stars is nearly impossible the only reason there are 2 is out of respect to Sonic as a business because we love Sonic but Please do not go here The manager in the store in plain clothes with long blonde hair not tied back rudely refused us our mobile ordered ice cream for our grandbabies because we arrived a few min (as in 2) late! The kicker... We watched them carry 3 cupholders of LARGE ice creams (12) into the back seat of Blue Suburban! All of this on Christmas Day!!!

Staff was super rude, I waited for about 20 minutes with no response of trying to get my order. I seen two other people pull up and got their orders put in. I went to the door and knocked on it. Asked for a manager, A lady came out five minutes later with someone else’s food that was there after me, and said that their manager left them alone With an attitude and walked off didn’t even ask what my issue was. Needless to say, I didn’t order or am coming back to this location.

Very rude and unprofessional. I was trying to order and the lady behind the speaker was being very rude and wouldn't let me speak my order as she kept cutting me off . Food was prepared hastily and looked very unappetizing. I advise going to the one in Brazos town center. At least the food is prepared fresh abd they have some common courtesy and manners over there. 0/10 needs a lot of improvement
