Okay so I love Starbucks so the reason I am giving this review is because I always tip because I worked in food service before and I never would expect a tip I just did my best at serving people because I love giving people a great experience, I stopped tipping here because the last 4 times I have came the service and the quality of the drink and the food has been poor representation and the food not hot! When I get a better experience I will start tipping again at this store I just know that I will not be visiting this Starbucks for awhile thank you!

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Starbucks is way too expensive to not follow a simple recipe. Not to mention my mobile order has taken so long to the point of cancellation. This location is 5 mins from my home, but I will NEVER GO here again. Thanks to the Starbucks in Kroger across the freeway. They took time out and actually made my order correct.

I've lived here in Rosenberg long enough to know that all the Staff That Work Here Are A Very Hard Working Group.They Have To Deal With h Such Rude People Who Don't Understand How MuchThey Work Under Pressure And Focus On Doing The Up Most Best To Satisfy People's Drinks Whitin Seconds Or Even Minutes .And You People Want To Put Bad Comments Woth No Appreciation. You All Are Spoiled And Gullible. Maybe If You Speak More Clearly And Nicer Through The Intercon Then You Would Get Your Drink Correctly .Just cause you had a bad day Don't mean you gotta be rude to people at Starbucks.Geez .

First, if you Google this location, it tries to take you to the one in Rosenberg brazoz Town Center and doesn't help that even the photos for this location are the ones of the brazos town center. Places a mobile order 30 minutes plus before arriving and my order was still not ready. Waited another 10 minutes in the lobby. No bueno.

Starbucks used to be my favorite place to go to for drinks, but now things have changed. The quality of their drinks has gone down and as a rewards member, I feel it’s not the same. Most of the drinks are watery. Starbucks is not what it used to be spending five dollars for a drink that is not good is a waste.
Coffee was great, but very disappointed to see that there was no seating inside. I went to go have a coffee and study for a test in a good atmosphere.

Why am I not getting a coffee cup sleeve with my hot coffee. I have to request one, the coffee is hot and when someone gets burn you will learn. I don’t understand this since they use to provide a coffee sleeve. Never mind asking if I want my penny or nickel back. Really? Yes, I want my change back!!!!

I don't like writing bad reviews, but this one is warranted. Awful experience. Part of our order was ready and the other part (a small frappe) took over 20 minutes to make, while others who came in after us got their door and drinks within minutes. The young guy behind the counter was very polite and professional, but there was another woman behind the counter shouting to customers for their order. It was complete chaos, and what's worse is that we ordered ahead of time on the app. Unnecessary.
