The food here must be great however our experience would not allow us to get to that point. We came a weekday evening and unfortunately the music was too loud for us to be able to hear the young lady trying to take our order. I can tell she was annoyed by us as we are English speakers and are not strong Spanish speakers. We were back and forth with communication issues tied to the inability to hear her. Once we got our order down, and it was time to pay there was an up charge for using a card. I objected to that because I've never heard of a restaurant that does that. That comes from like sketchy gas station so I questioned it and she pointed to a sign that was on the glass that separated us. I told her it's in Spanish I don't understand this and she said no it's in English but the sign was clearly in full Spanish. I asked for a refund and they cleared my order. I made it clear that it was our first time there. That was our once and final experience. Customer service from the girl at the register ??
