The thing that stands out to me is the consistency. We have been frequenting Wendy's recently and each time we know what to expect. The food is cooked the same. No hoping you received hot fries: YOU WILL. No hoping you received a hot burger/chicken sandwich with fresh buns: YOU WILL. Also, they have this key tag thing for a nominal fee, (I think less than $3), and with it everytime you eat at Wendy's you can get a junior Frosty for free. Perfect size for me. My wife and I love the food. When we are figuring out where to eat out, Wendy's is definitely on the list.

Horrible Experience…… Stood there with my niece and nephew who asked to come to Wendy’s which I haven’t been to in maybe years. No one acknowledged us for maybe 5-10 minutes. They would look up and keep walking. I left and went to another on University in Sugar Land where they were very kind and served us well. Literally NO OME WAS IN LINE OUTSIDE. SMH

Dine in customer on the day of my visit. Customer service took my order in a friendly way and got it right.I had the apple pecan chicken salad. I requested extra cheese. I was happy with the amount of cheese on my salad. I really enjoyed my salad today.Sadly, the store dining area was dirty. People who sat down at a table had to clean the table top like I did. Floor needed to be swept and mopped. This visit was on a Sunday during lunch hour, but it wasn't crowded at the time I arrived.
