I HIGHLY recommend Ambur Fire! I use to go grab a burger here every Thursday when I lived in round rock. It got to the point where they know my name! The burgers are the best I’ve ever had! Honestly super tasty! The fried pickles are to die for. The service and atmosphere is so welcoming! Wish they had a location/truck in buda! Literally Everytime I’m in town I go grab a burger :) ? I recommend trying the Loaded steak burger!
The food and the service were horrible. Came here because of the reviews so we had to try it. Read how good the customer service was so that was a plus.First time there and didn’t see anyone at the window. I went to the window but I’m short so o still couldn’t see anyone. So I went to the back since it was open & asked if they were open. The two guys that were working were not friendly at all. No Hi, no how you doing, no, how can one help you. He looked at me like I was bothering him. I told him this was our first time and he didn’t offer any suggestions.We ordered two burgers, one was a double patty. We also got the Honey Jack Chicken Sandwich W / Fries.While we waited for our food I guess the boss came and dropped off some food for the business. He didn’t seem friendly as well.We got our food & took it home & even though the service was Very Bad we were excited to eat the food.It was Horrible. The single and double smash burgers were Super Dry and thick for a smash burger. The burger was all soggy. My son said the honey chicken sandwich was extremely dry. He said the taste was good but could not eat it because it was overcooked and dry. The fries were greasy like they were cooked in old grease.I don’t know how this place got voted the best burger because it is most definitely not. It almost tasted like the burgers from Mighty Fine burgers but dryer.I don’t recommend this place. If I could give zero for customer service I would.
