This place was great. The food was good and fairly quick. We started with the bar chips and dip appetizer, the chips could have used less oil but that is more my preference and not a knock on them by any means. The burgers were cooked well and had flavor. The kids enjoyed things from the kids menu. We went back the next night, just my wife and I, to share the banana pudding shake. It had a great presentation and tasted just as promised. I do with they had more options on shakes that didn’t have chocolate but in some cases it’s better to have less and excel at it.

Lots of choices for burgers to choose from. All with totally different toppings you would not think go well together. Atmosphere was semi loud but it is park of a family water park. Prices are reasonable for being a tourist place. Milkshakes are HUGE! Did not indulge this time, maybe next. Started out with the 3 dip and chips. Very tasty. Loved the bacon ranch dip the best. Have the cowboy burger. Hard to get my mouth around it. Very large. Cute that the logo is pressed into the top bun. Home made chips very good. Service was a tad lacking but friendly. Many times drinks emptied and not refilled.

We've here been here multiple times and every time we leave disappointed. The food itself is underwhelming. I've gotten the burger multiple times and it always comes out dry without much flavor. I intentionally ask to cook the beef medium well knowing the previous times the beef comes out overcooked and dry. The burger still comes out well done and dry. The appearance is great, but the taste is not there.My kids order from the kids menu. The food that comes out tastes like freezer burned items. The chicken comes out dry, the tater tots break up easily and have little flavor.We've given this place many opportunities, but will not be back. There are better food options near by for better or the same price.

Coming in from out of state my family was very hungry so as soon as we checked in we headed to b lux. The last time we stayed at Kalahari we really enjoyed it (2 years ago). I must say I was very disappointed in the food quality this time around. My daughter had Mac n cheese that looked like it came out the box also dry, my burger (b-lux classic) was dry over cooked, my family member ordered shrimp that was more breaded than actual shrimp. I will say the service was good restaurant clean it was just the food for me.
My family and I had dinner here last night. AJ was our server and he was great. He was constantly checking on us to make sure everything was okay. The portobello cheese burger was amazing & the pickle they serve with the burgers were great! Sweet with a little bit of spice, just how I like it.
