2023-Mar The food was delicious. The bamboo biryani was SO worth the wait. The onion and vegetable samosas, and the butter naan were quite nice as well. The atmosphere... leaves much to be desired. The restaurant''s main illuminated exterior sign is unreadably damaged. The restaurant is currently only accepting take-out orders, but it''s not clear how much longer that will last, as the front door has a realtor''s lock-box on it.Once one gets past those question of "are they open for business?" the resulting food is worth overcoming any hesitation.Parking: Located in a large shopping complex (with Lowe's, Kohls, Sam's Club) there is PLENTY of parking

Food is okay, service is good. Ambiance is below average for the prices. No private restrooms, they are internally connected with Manpasand restrooms which were disgusting.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL..What happened to this place We were really excited to try the biriyani...The rice was not at all cooked and the chicken was cooked too much to the point that It burnt. Not even edible.Had to trash the whole thing.Unfortunately, seems like the team doesn't bother about the review though...That feeling of being excited to have your fav dish and being served with this crap?? Literally tears ...

My DoorDash order was for mild chicken korma instead, I got korma full of red peppers!

One of the best Non Vegetarian Thali I have ever had. Service was super quick and employees were very responsive. So many varieties. May be no other restaurant in whole Austin are putting in as much effort as these guys, they are introducing new recipes every now and then. And they are giving us Indian festive vibe by celebrating every event. Such a place of warmth. Visiting Again!

Today tried bamboo biryani. Very disappointed. Ordered chiken paper fry and was very spicy. Seems they put red chill on top of dish. Worst dish I ever eat in Austin.Taste was very bad and really spoiled our night. Not expected this with such good and high rated reviewed restaurant. When we called the restaurant they told we rake care-next time. But what about now ? Seems they are her just earn money not the customer satisfaction.

Must Try: Special Biryanis during the weekend (made of all pure ghee). Chicken 555,65 and 999. Amazing team who take care of customers like owners. I would give them 5 stars once they refine few things. New management and team is very promising.

Bamboo Biryani is just a style statement. Biriyani doesn't taste good. Our order of fish had a tiny metal scrub in it. They replaced it though. Not a pleasant experience. Wouldn't recommend it

This is a long-pending review. I have been going to this place a bunch of times after the new management/chef took over and I must say this is one restaurant that is being consistently good in terms of taste and quality. As a vegetarian when I was bored of having only paneer as an option, the chef was kind enough to make mushroom biryani and it was amazing. Overall, I would totally recommend this restaurant and and here are some of the dishes I tried and liked - bamboo paneer biriyani, gongura paneer biryani, tava paneer, malai kofta, curry veg fried rice.

We were very hesitant to go at first, then we thought of driving to that place and check, after reaching we were like half mind. Finally we decided to go there, and that was a very good decision. Its a small place in a good location. Food is awesome, we ordered Chilli paneer, bamboo special boneless chicken biriyani, bamboo gougnra paneer biriyani. Biriyani is super fresh and very tasty. Hope they continue their good service and quality of food in future too. Try this place for their special biriyani????

Tried this place out this weekend. They have lots of options, but what we ordered was not so great. The bamboo gongura goat biriyani was very bland. The tandoori Madurai masala was not really Madurai masala. It was just chicken in some kind of sweet and spicy sauce. Nothing Madurai about it. In conclusion, the biriyani was a huge let down. There was absolutely no flavour at all. We asked for spicy but it was nowhere close. I was curious about bamboo biriyani because it's a pretty new concept in Austin. But what's the point if it can't match upto the flavours. Everything on the menu is pretty expensive too; compared to usual Austin Indian restaurant standards.

My family and I visited for the Wednesday Indo-Chinese day, they had varieties of rice, noodles, and appetizer options for both Veg and Non-Veg. The food is very flavorful and one of my favorite dishes is Schezwan Chicken Fried Rice and Indo-Singapore Shrimp Noodles. It looks like management has changed, they have a nice ambience and a clean and hygienic place. Employees are friendly, especially Vaishnavi and Chandu. We are hooked ?. Will try their authentic Signature Bamboo Biryani on my next visit.
