I ordered cookie and cream, OBVIOUSLY this isn’t cookie and cream. When I called the owner said it’s the flavor that’s cookie and cream…. Excuse me! Never heard of that before. She’s very rude and hung the phone up in my ears! Never again will I buy ice cream here! Go to Amy’s ice cream!

Well they have a drive through. Friendly staff. Indoor and outdoor area where you can sit and eat your ice cream. Also have assigned parking spots. It’s a quick exit and entry back into the i35. We go here often. Good place to hang out and have your fav ice cream.

I got a last minute birthday cake done by the lady after being let down by the DQ IN PFLUGERVILLE. WHEN I CALL HER SHE DID NOT HESITATE TO TAKE OVER AND MAKE SURE THAT MY SON HAVE A HAPPY DAY ON HIS BIRTHDAY. THE CAKE WAS SO SO MUCH DELICIOUS ?. MY GUEST ENJOY IT AND JUST LEFT ME WITH A SLICE, A TINY ONE. ABOVE ALL THE LADY WAS VERY VERY PROFESSIONAL, WELCOMING AND RESPECTFUL. GOD BLESS YOU ABUNDANTLY MADAM.

I went here on vacation, The service was horrible, I saw a girl in brownish, orange hair with big bright red cheeks pick her nose and then make the icecream without washing her hands!! I think her name was Kelsy. I don't remember.??

Made the mistake of ordering a brownie sundae through the drive thru. Didn't get the flavors I ordered and even after paying for extra fudge, didnt get any.

We came at a really busy time and the server was amazing and acknowledged us as we were walking and taking care of the drive thru window! We didn’t get her name, young gal with short hair!
There is one issue I notice that the employees must have to bend over to get the ice cream scooped, they have no hair net cap or any cover, their hairs are just hanging on the ice cream below in the freezers, if they have any dry head skin, lose hair it could fall down on the ice cream.I was here on 8/05/2023 around 5:00 pm

The texture of the ice creams at Baskin-Robbins was icy and grainy, indicating poor quality control and inconsistent freezing techniques. Had a bad experience with them.

A Happy Birthday Cake done so well ! This is the first time I was trying their ice cream cake and I was helped by an employee who went above and beyond to fulfill this order! The lady (sorry forgot her name) helped with customizing the cake , noting each detail and cared to spend 20+ minutes to help make the birthday cake of two 2yo kids an amazing one. Thank you!!

I went there last year on March with my friend. Poor service and staffs have bad attitude. They talked behind and told me to don’t take picture or film in the store. They say “it’s policy” please tell me it’s that true or not. 2 stars for Ice cream (cute and tasty)
