Ben clearly has passion for nutritious food that is also exciting to eat and luckily shares it with his clients! They take orders throughout the weekdays for pick up on Sunday. My favorites so far are the Miso Ginger Salmon and Scallion Beef. You can sub veggies instead of rice and double up on protein if you choose as well.

It all started with the salmon dish, I was blown away with the all the flavor I couldn’t resist immediately trying the chicken and beef and was equally as impressed. I’ve seen been picking up my weekly meal preps from Bentos Kitchen, my stomach and wallet couldn’t be happier!
