I gave this restaurant a few tries. My third time here has solidified my opinion. The food is good but their service is not. Our waiter started off well but then disappeared midway. Refilled our drinks once. We were there about an hour. Yeah, it’s too bad! If they improve it could be an awesome place.

Great Mexican place is a good place for dinner and good music
Party of 8 , they told us it was going to take about 25 mins to get seated , it took almost 50 minutes to get seated . As soon as we get seated they said our server will be right with us , but it took like 30mins for someone(servers) to even acknowledge us , we had to ask who our server was going to be because nobody came over to our table . The guy who attended us who ended up being our server was awesome , great customer service very attentive & fast . Food was great , i just don't think they have very good communication between the hosts & servers . Too long for us to get service.
Food was great!. Tampiquieña plate wascook to a perfect medium. We also ordered the queso birria tacos. Those were awesome too. Drinks were good. Service excellent. And the Saturday evening entertainment was none other than our very own DJ2D Q! Music, food and drinks were all a reason to return!!!

I will not be going back to Besos again. Their service was inexcusable. My mom and I went on a Thursday for National Margarita Day. At the time that we went it wasn't busy and they had three bartenders working. My mom and I sat at the bar for over 15 minutes and didn't get acknowledged once. One bartender stood right in front of our seats while entering items in the computer and proceeded to talk to the guest around us and proceeded to ignore us for five minutes while she stood right in front of us. For the next 10 minutes all of the bartenders kept walking past us, talking to other patrons, cleaning the counter next to us, and made drinks while never once ever saying "I'll be right with you" or "have you been helped". After 15 minutes we just walked out. If there was one bartender and it was busy, I could understand. However, there were THREE bartenders and the bar, nor the restaurant was crowded enough for them to choose to ignore patrons sitting right in front of them. This is one place we won't come to again, or recommend to family and friends.

(Previous F&B Director of a fine dining establishment here, so this compliment holds weight in my eyes)Justin was our server, very well dressed by the way. He was extremely polite and carried on a great conversation with us. His attention to detail, attentiveness, and precision with our table was fantastic. The food was delicious. We had the Flauta Plate, Monterey Chicken, and Churros w/ ice cream. I regret not taking a picture of the dessert for this review so everyone could see how it was plated ?? we will definitely be returning based on this experience. Good job Justin ???? we thank you! Never have waited this long to be seated and never am I coming back two guys were at kitchen and they saw us standing there and they just kept on talking without even a hand sign letting us know to wait a sec or something and I’m not lying they had no customers I guess it was the slow hour we stood there and just left I’ll take business elsewhere thank you too bad I was excited to try this placeP.S. the guys in the picture was one of the two that ignored us. I’m sorry I don’t mean to be a Karen I just feel so frustrated and disappointed in this place because I was wanting to try it so bad

It's never been busy when I've been there. Usually lunch. I love their salsa. The food is always delicious. Friendly staff. Try the pineapple margarita. It's magnificent with a little spice to it.
